Great wee beach at the bottom of the road and Vincent’s bar across the road for great karaoke.Bar staff excellent especially Duncan.Balcony not always guaranteed. The other hotels we visited were also welcoming and they had an outdoor pool. Cristal park and Villa Benidorm. Excellent.
We will return. ???

Are the club rooms worth the extra not in my opinion
Get a very high or very low floor, the middle is a nightmare for getting on the lifts.

Go somewhere else
Don't take anything valuable. They just tell you to use the safe. We had expensive make up and jewellery stolen...other people had clothing stolen...others money. Gonna need bigger safes!!!! Disgusting

take extra cash because the company didnt tell us about needing a deposit! we had to pay 150 euros per room when we got there, in cash, as they didnt accept credit or debit cards (even though they took these at the bar?!) and this left us short of cash.

we were advised not to use the alleyway at night from the main road to the apartments due to some muggings. needs to be better secured.

Morgans tavern is neptunes and a lot smaller than on TV good tribute act but once seen first week not much for second week
No way would we ever recommend this accommodation it's the worst hotel I have stayed at in Benidorm

They work very hard to keep the streets and roads clean. Recycle bins everywhere. Clean up after night time revellers done early every morning, you would not know it had been a mess the night before. Some of the pavements need a lot of work done to them as they are cracked and broken.
There is entertainment for everyone. Discos, karaoke, cabaret shows, all nationalities of bars if you just want a drink, theme park, water park, animal sanctuary. You name it benidorms got it.
Beach is cleaned every night. Sun beds and parasols are a bit expensive 4euros each. The promenade needs a bit of work to it; again broken and cracked paving stones.
Love Benidorm, been loads of times and am going back in August.

Benidorm is fantastic. Got something for all ages. Our party ranged from 10 months - 62 years and we all had a great time. Give it a try.

Benidorm is my favourite family holiday. (well apart from Florida)! But if its a spanish holiday you're after, Benidorm is the place to go. Plenty to do and see, plenty for all age groups, i've been with friends for weekends away & also with my family, my kids never get bored here. We love it and always try & squeeze a week in here, even if we've been elsewhere for our main holiday.

Love benidorm, this was my second time and i am going back next year. Beach is lovely. shoppin in old town is great. most of all nightlife as there is comedy, shows, live acts, discos benidorm suits all ages

Benidorm offers everyone whatever they wish to find from a holiday. Excellent resort for a short or long break.

Benidorm has something to suit young and old.You will never be bored.Has the best beaches and entertainment.Plenty of bars and restaurants.

Benidorm generally was clean although there is rather a lot of dog poo knocking about. The bits that need to be clean tho such as the beach were spotlessly so.
There was a wide veriety of entertainment & i do think that everyone young or old would be able to find something to suit. It would be a good place to go with a group of mixed ages.
The beach was nice and clean with childrens playgrounds all the way along, there was also wheelchair access across the sand and various watersports.

The resort clean apart from where the lively entertainment is this can get a bit cluttery but is soon cleared up the next day.
The resort entertainment is excellent, somewhere different to try each night and each time you re-visit benidorm.
I would not take children to the square though, mainly for adults I would say but there are plenty of other places about.

The resort was very clean, however we were here at the beginning of May and it was quiet. Plenty of entertainment to suit all tastes. The beach was clean with a few sand sculptures of a very high standard. Benidorm is well worth a visit whatever your age.
