Great wee beach at the bottom of the road and Vincent’s bar across the road for great karaoke.Bar staff excellent especially Duncan.Balcony not always guaranteed. The other hotels we visited were also welcoming and they had an outdoor pool. Cristal park and Villa Benidorm. Excellent.
We will return. ???

Get a very high or very low floor, the middle is a nightmare for getting on the lifts.

Don't take anything valuable. They just tell you to use the safe. We had expensive make up and jewellery stolen...other people had clothing stolen...others money. Gonna need bigger safes!!!! Disgusting

take extra cash because the company didnt tell us about needing a deposit! we had to pay 150 euros per room when we got there, in cash, as they didnt accept credit or debit cards (even though they took these at the bar?!) and this left us short of cash.

we were advised not to use the alleyway at night from the main road to the apartments due to some muggings. needs to be better secured.

Morgans tavern is neptunes and a lot smaller than on TV good tribute act but once seen first week not much for second week

Generally the resort is clean and the beach is clened every night. The entertainment is varied with something for everyone.

This resort offers everthing for someone who is looking for plenty of nightime entertainment. You dont have to pay any extra to see any of the many acts on show all over the resort. The beach is surprisingly clean with plenty of sunbeds and parasols for hire. You should never be bored in the evening as there is something for everyone.
A special mention to the Western Bar whose entertainment really has your feet tapping and to all the staff there who work so quickly you never wait long to be served and to the two girls who are a pleasure to watch serving customers. All the staff work really hard but seem to enjoy themselves.

Benidorm itself is ideal for kids , its clean , everything is central and the resort entertainment is just great. the beach is clean and life guards on duty daily . we recommend benidorm (levante area ) to almost anyone of any age !!!!

Benidorm can be whatever you want, On the Poniente side it is quieter and more family-orientated whilst the Levante is brasher with more loud bars and entertainment. You do not go here for the scenery as it is as ugly along the seafront as Rio di Janeiro with all the high-rise hotels and apartments and the countryside is scrubby desert. However, everyone should be able to enjoy themselves and prices are generally very reasonable for most things. Tip -take sterling and change it at the genuine "No Commission" booths and you will get a much better rate. Well I did!

We have been visiting Benidorm for many years now and really like the resort but this time there seems to be a lot of grafiti around which can be very offputting for new visitors.

There is plenty of entertainment in resort it is cleaned regular beach is cleaned every night.mundomar is a very nice place especially if you have children aqua park is good to.The market twice a week is good although very busy at about 10am go early to avoid the rush love the resort we go 3 times a year.

my first visit to benidorm and it will not be my last, the place has everything.all the entertainment is free with some very good acts doing circuits especially shaun connely (a brilliant voice)plenty of places to eat and drink all very reasonable,as many shops as anyone needs plus the old town is lovely for a wander definatly going back next year

wondering where to go for our very first trip abroad friends told us go to benidorm you,ll like it there so we did.we couldn,t get over how clean every where was and how friendly the people are.the beach was brilliant and we noticed it was cleaned and the sand sieved every night.only problem we had was trying to decide where to go in the evening as there was so much going on.couldn,t have picked a better place for our first time abroad i think.absolutly loved it and we will go back there.
