Food was cold and covered in insects.
Hotel filthy had three rooms second room ceiling caved in bathroom water everywhere. Staff tried but when we complained manager got angry and staff were then offish, refusing us drinks before deadline, and we only wanted a coke!
Sold as 4* with bungalows but was 3* and 4 storeys high with no lifts and I am disabled.
Hotel Sunlight Dream in Side Turkey, we offered any amount of money to change accommodation but we were offered no help.

My family have been visiting this hotel for the past twenty years, my first visit was when was 10, now at 30 I still enjoy it.
It is clean ideally placed for the beach and the town and the family run hotel is friendly and comfortable.
