stayed here for 6th time over 5 years. wonderful place. rooms cleaned every day. food varied and plentiful.a 5-10 min walk to beach. you should just relax around the pool.staff in bar cant do enough for you.entertainment a few nights a week but ok.will go back.again and again.booked for september.

I stayed in Bertran with my mum, dad, brother and sister. When we arrived I was put in a hotel room with my brother and sister and the beds were all joined. The rooms were very small and they expected us to share it being 21, 16 and 15!!
The food was horrible and was always the same, we were half board but had to pay to eat out every night.
Hotel entertainment was just for Germans. Satellite TV is not as it states in brochure, it is all German.
Hotel staff very unpleasant.
I will not be visiting any of the Aqua hotels again!

The hotel is situated between two narrow streets so unless you were in the end rooms of the hotel you had little outlook from your balcony.
The rooms were very clean and the air conditioning was a god send. Towels changed every day, no complaints.
The Buffet food was on the whole satisfactory, always warm and plentiful but the choices of evening meal were limitied (mostly chicken or pork) Other that that no complaints.
Location of hotel although not in busy part was 50 metres from bus terminal and 5 mins walk to busy town centre.
Staff excellant and very helpful.

The hotel was spottlessly clean and the buffet style meals were excellent even for our kids whose ages range from 15-3!Plenty of choice and childrens meals if you asked.
The hotel is approx 10 mins walk from the beach and less from the large number of shops, not too far but away from any hustle and bustle.
There was no entertainment at this hotel during our stay, but plenty to do in the resort.
The only downside to this hotel was the staff...mainly neurotic night poter and the extremely miserable anti- child bar staff!
But we found it all quite amusing!!!!!

11 days HB while first week FB as a bonus for early reservation.
Room very small with unefficient A/C.
