Hotel very clean in all areas, room cleaned and towels changed daily, plenty of choice for breakfast, evening meals a bit repetative, standard spanish buffet fayre. Hotel bar very reasonable, no silly prices! Just what you would pay in most bars in the resort. Hotel pool also very clean, would see staff wash the loungers every morning even if no-one had used them. We found all staff members very polite and friendly, not a surly one in sight, nothing is too much trouble for them. All in all a lovely hotel that we would return to anyday.

i was really quit worried about going on holiday after reading some reviews about this hotel , but to my suprise it was a really good quality hotel.the hotel was so clean - you couldnt fault it at all.
in the room there was a radio, a tv , an iron with ironing board , a safe and a fridge ( you have to pay extra for fridge & the safe ) daily rates )
there was always a good mix of food - although a few nights we did have a small meal later that night , because we didnt fill our plates every night because somtimes we didnt know what we were eating ( normally when ive ate at a hotel they will have the name or a picture of the food )and because my partner dosnt eat fish he was quite weary .
we got a pool view room - so that was great, i did read reviews about the hotel being nosey but we didnt experiance that at all ( prob because we traveled in sep and we had a good room ) aparently the rooms at front of hotel you can hear the traffic .
overall a really good hotel - with great staff !

This is a good clean 4* hotel. I booked this rather than where i usually stay because i got it for £100 cheaper for 5 nights.
On arrival -i'd already informed them that i would be late checking in - i was offered a cold meal.the check-in was very efficient and the staff helpful.
The room was large and airy with a view of the fenals roundabout, but the double glazing ensured it was not too noisy. There was an iron and ironing board in the room, and a lockable fridge, but i forgot to get any details on that.there is also tv and radio at no charge/deposit.
Rooms were cleaned and towels replaced daily.
Access to the pool/garden area was through the bar, and there was a nice seating area there before you got to the pool and garden.
Pool had small childrens area and garden had swings and a slide.
The food was very well cooked and tasty, with an excellent salad bar with plenty choices.there was always a fish/pasta/meat dish on the hot plate and on 2 occassions we did not get chips!
There was also plenty of fresh fruit.
The bar prices were very reasonable, and they had a selection of bar snacks and ice creams on sale.
There was even waiter service at the pool, although sometimes you did have to go in and order the drinks.
There was entertainment on the weekend nights -a flamenco show and live music, but i did not watch either so can't comment on them.
There is not really a downside to this hotel, except it is no smoking everywhere except outside the front door and in the pool/garden area, although i know for a fact that some people did have their first cigarette of the day on their balcony!
Only small complaints i did have was that on the tv there were only 2 english speaking channels, cnn news and a god channel which could be a problem if you did not get good weather, and the fact that dinner ended at 8.30. Breakfast was 7.45 to 10.00 and you could even order breakfast in bed for a small supplement.
My overall impression of this was a very good 4* hotel, and compared to other hotels i've stayed in at this resort the best word i can use to summarize this hotel is "civilised".
