We stay here quite often. I think the Marbella Guadalpin is situated better, but it is getting a rather tired look in that the rooms needs updating, but I would recomend it.
The Banus Gualalpin in nicer. The rooms and suites are nicer. The Presidential suite particually good, but the location is slightly off the main rd and the staff dont seem to be quite as atentive as the Marbella. The Mijas Guadalpin is very very nice again the presidential suite is lovely slightly more inland so you would need a car very nice decor but a long way to walk to the rooms if your in heels.
The food in one of the restaurants was totally off the wall ie fish with chocolate I wouldnt want to eat that again but it was definitely an experience.
All in all, all 3 hotels are of excelent standard we stay in all 3 regularly.

Arrived at 5 pm on Sunday and immediately shown to our room which was fantastic. It had own kitchen 2 deluxe bedrooms and bathrooms, a huge balcony with its own hot tub.
My wife and I booked direct through their own website as there were some tremendous deals for January.
We stayed for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed for more. Obviously in summer rates are much higher but for a break in winter a fabulous place to stay.
