We recently stayed in the Gran Melia Don Pepe. This was given to us as way of compensation for a mess up with another hotel booking. We were given a Junior Suite and all this encompasses.
On arrival we were taken to the Red Level lounge, where we were offered a lovely Cava.
All the amenities were described and our check in was done in sumptuous style.
As red level guests we were entitled to use the lounge all day, and eat the great snacks that are there and refreshed 3 times daily.
We got a free newspaper, complimentary Clarins products in the bathroom and amazing bathrobes.
There is free WiFi throughout the complex and it works well.
The JS was large, with wraparound balcony that looked out to sea.
The bed and bedding was very comfortable.
The hotel is well decorated and well maintained. As it was a little cold, we utilised the indoor pool and it was lovely, if a little dated.
All in all I would love to go back to this hotel as a Red Level guest. It really makes the difference.

Hotel was amazing - pure luxury. Went on our honeymoon and really enjoyed it - bit pricy - but definitely want to go back for another special occassion.
