Location
We had a lovely room for 3 which was very spacious with a large balcony and wonderful sea views. The room had ample storage, 4 piece bathroom suite with constant very hot water and a welcome pack of soap, comb, sponge and shower gel. The hotel had also thoughtfully left a large bottle of drinking water for us on arrival.
The room was cleaned every day we were there and we had fresh towels all the time.
The food was beautifully presented at every meal, and there was always plenty to appeal to us. The red and white wine in the dining room were surprisingly good. Beer and Sangria were also available in the dining room but I didn't partake of these so can't comment.
On entering the dining room everyone was given a wet-wipe for their hands and I thought this was a very good idea.
The location of the hotel was great in that it was at the sea front but my mother is wheelchair bound and I wish it had been a bit closer to the centre. The front however is beautifully flat and we walked for miles on it on a couple of occasions.
The entertainment was good (especially if you won at Bingo as we did!)and the hotel staff were friendly and particularly so to children we noticed.
I would definitely go back and am already thinking of returning later this year with my husband. It is the best 3 star I have been in and the only thing I would do next time is take myself a nice glass (plastic round the pool area of course) because all drinks with the exception of wine in the dining room are served in plastic tumblers.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel clean.
The choice of food in the restaurant was excellent, there was something for every taste and it was presented beautifully.
On entering the restaurant everyone has to clean their hands.
If you did want to go out for the day the hotel provided a picnic.
We liked the idea of a non smoking restaurant and in the entertainment room they had a non smoking area too.
The entertainment was fantastic.
The hotel is a good 25 minute walk to torremolinos, but it was a pleasant stroll along the beautiful seafront.
An alternative was to catch the bus outside of the hotel.
we enjoyed our stay and would return there.
It was great value for money all inclusive holiday.

On arrival at the hotel we asked if we could stay in the apartment block as opposed to the hotel itself. They were very accommodating and gave us all rooms in the apartment block. They were excellent rooms. Couldn't be faulted in any way at all. (I do wish I had asked to see a hotel room just out of curiosity, but I forgot).
The food was absolutely excellent. There was no evidence whatsoever of the "dreaded bug" that everyone seemed to be talking about in previous reviews. All I can say is that the hotel was very clean indeed, and the staff were excellent.
So if you're thinking of going to this hotel, I would 100% recommend it. I have actually booked to go again in May for 2 weeks and absolutely cannot wait to get back there.

Firstly there was no sign of the "dreaded bug" and everyone appeared to be enjoying themselves.
Food was well presented but a bit limited and repetitive, no vegetarian option on offer. Staff in the restaurant were, on the whole, very polite and cheerful and worked hard keeping the tables clear. Cutlery and crockery had seen better days.
Rooms were basic but adequate although lacked a bit of storage space and cleaned daily by a very polite chambermaid.
Bar staff quite cheerful and efficient, always ready to get in conversation with you if required.
Entertainment was ok. This a "Thomson Young At Heart" hotel in the winter, so ballroom type dancing is on for an hour or so in the evening until about 8-30. The usual bingo then takes place, highest prize money whilst we were there was 405 euro's for one game. The Latin Show was pretty good and lasted about 50 minutes. The rest of the week consisted of Ronan Keating and Neil Diamond "tribute shows" and a couple of singer/comedian acts.
We thought it was a pretty good value for money all inclusive holiday and wouldn't be against another visit sometime in the future.

On the whole we found the Hotel fairly clean at all times. The food in the main restaurant was always well presented and there was always a good choice but pretty basic, nothing lavish. Some of the hot dishes were only just warm at times.
Some of the hotel staff seemed pretty miserable at times but they do work long hours which I guess is understandable. The chambermaid came into our room everyday, making the beds and changing towels etc she was very pleasant even though she did not speak English.
We stayed at this hotel over christmas and was looking forward to the Gala christmas meal. However it did not live up to the christmas dinner we normally tuck into, it was very disapointing. Don't get me wrong the staff made a consertive effort the restaurant was immaculate, if was just the food which let it down.
The evening entertainment was more suitable to the older generation mind you the majority of holiday makers were 50 plus. however we made the most of it, my youngest daughter particularly enjoyed playing the bingo, good prize money.
We also found a few holiday makers annoying because there are always some that abuse the quantity of drink that they consume with it being an all inclusive hotel, they become rowdy and abusive.
I don't think we shall go back to this hotel because we never go back to the same hotel twice.

The location isn't wonderful, being well out of Torremolinos, but it suited us fine for a week's winter escape.
The food was good even if it was sameish and was particularly good on the weekly gala night.
There were plenty daytime activities, such are French boules, archery, rifle shooting and bowls which were well supported. The evening entertainment was OK - a parrot show, Flamenco dancers, etc and bingo every night.
The rooms were fine with air conditioning/heating and a balcony. No complaints.
Hubby did come down with a tummy upset for one day, which we almost expected given previous reviews. This wasn't a problem and hasn't put us off going back. I asked the reps about it and they said it was a problem all over the area and wasn't just at the hotel.
There was no problem with the AI - we got anything we asked for including cocktails and liqueurs such as Baileys.
I would certainly consider returning here again for a week's break although I don't think it would suit us in high season, being more family orientated.

We were all extreamly ill whilst there and blamed food poisoning.
The hotel staff try there best and especially the room maids, but I certainly wouldnt return. Room facilities very poor and no Sky tv and metal beds.
Not what you would expect for

It seems there were lots of people ill that week and it seems that you were also in bed ill for the holiday along with all of us and many many more.
This hotel has a past history which it seems is still continuing.

I have never stayed in a 3* hotel as clean in my life, the room was cleaned spotless every day with new towels and bedding. and the hotel was being cleaned continuously day and night to a very high standard.
This was an all inclusive holiday and the food was fantastic with lots of choice for everyone from full English breakfast if required to hot roast's and a selection of fresh fish cooked in front of you, you can eat and drink from 8.00 am to midnight and believe me you will the food is to good to miss.
The hotel staff are the friendliest I have ever known they bent over backwards for you and always had a smile.
The children were entertained day and night if you wanted, and the 4 swimming pools were ideal for everyone.
The hotel is on a lovely beach just across a relatively quiet road.
