We had looked forward to our return visit to the Hotel which we had fell in love with!
How disappointed we were on this occasion.
There has been a significant deterioration in the service and standard of the place, particularly in the restaurant.
Another problem was Sun Bed saving, where towels were put on beds the previous evening. An elderly Spanish party of two couples actually saved 8 beds, 4 for the morning and 4 on the other side of the pool for the afternoon, so that they were always in the sun. What made matters worse was that I never saw more than two beds occupied so six were always empty. No one was interested in challenging these people as they were regular long term visitors.
We concluded that the main problem at the Hotel, was weak or non existent management and leadership, which hopefully will be addressed and corrected
