Location
Left the luggage went for a coffee came back and had our room 3 hours early, great start.
Very clean but basic but good for 2 stars.
Location was up a hill but only 10 mins from town.
Entertainment was good and the drinks were reasonable priced.

Hotel was clean, rooms were very basic, location was great, staff were ok [sometimes], entertainment was fantasic.
Great job Russell and Amiee. Outstanding job. Something for young and old.
What ever down falls the hotel had the entertainers made up for it. Some people from other hotels came to the Inter 11 just for the entertainment.
Will go back next year.

I was nicknamed George Doors by Russell the entertainer.
which was mint.
We did have a kettle in the room which we didnt think we would.
Hotel was great. Weather was hot Salou is a bit dirty for us a lot of dog dirt around. 8 adults and 2 kids and we had a great time. Entertainment was good.

The apartments were small but clean, I only cooked there once but it was do-able!
We always managed to get a (free) lounger by the pool, and the pool water and surrounding area was very clean.
Staff were friendly and helpful, I rented a buggy one or two days for a hot and bothered 4yr old which was handy.
The kids loved the entertainment and I won a couple of bottles of wine for the quiz.
The cafe downstairs was grand - cheap and cheerful with nice staff, we had breakfast there most days.
This was my first holiday solo with the kids, and I wasn't lonely at all, there is a great down-to earth atmosphere about the place.
I booked three day trips through the Budget rep at the hotel and they were all enjoyable.
Great value family holiday, fine for single mams.

Disapointed in the studio it let the hotel down.
Again we were charged 60 euro for deposit but they had a cheek with the state of the rooms, the plugs were dangerous, the curtain rail was hanging of the wall and the bath the enamel was peeling off.
We always go self catering as we enjoy cooking on a couple of nights but this time it was immpossible as we had nothing to cook with lucky we had a frying pan, I took my own toaster.
Was very suprised that the air conditioning was free we didnt use it incase we got charged.
The hotel itself was brill for the kids there was a life guard all day around the pool and the entertainers great, night time good shows every night.
We would go back only if they upgraded the rooms desperatley!

Convenient for bus to Universal Studios and also close to beach, shops and bars. Breakfast was only meal that we tried in Internacional II and wasn't great, breakfast in Sinatras (next door) was better but staff were extremely ignorant and be prepared to wait as service was poor much better service and nicer staff (breakfast good as well) in Hollywoods(across road).
As our apartment was facing the street we were provided with a great deal of night time entertainment which mainly consisted of Rangers fans shouting abuse at Irish holidaymakers and also drunks fighting. The pool and bar areas were in need of modernisation as they were quite dated. The swimming pool was also very busy and as there is pool entertainment such as pool volleyball and loud music played constantly it gets noisy so there is no chance of relaxing by the pool. The hotel is not really a family hotel and is more suited to young holidaymakers looking for party type holiday.

I knew about the 60 euro deposit, and the cost to hire a kettle and toaster, neither of which we bothered to hire as we ate out all the time. I was a bit disappointed to find out that we had to pay 6 euros a day for the remote control, which works the new air conditioning, I did ask our rep why this was not mentioned, and she did say that it is free in high season, which I thought was a bit unfair, as it was still very hot when we went. Especially as you could not leave your balcony doors open because pf the noise from traffic and the apartments across the road. I did try sleeping with them open but gave up after 2 hours.
The rooms were cleaned every day and sheets and towels changed twice a week.
The staff are very helpful and friendly, and even though it was end of season.
The entertainment was really good. We had a 14 day pass for the theme park, so spent most days there.
There is a little land train that stops right outside the hotel ans takes you to the park, it costs 2.50 euros, well worth it.
The buses also stop right outside.
The hotel is on hill and it is quite a walk to the main beach and a good 30/40 min walk to theme park.
We did enjoy our stay here; we hope to be back next year.

As with other comments, there are no toasters, or kettles, and to hire them is a bit costly (16 euros for a toaster for 14 nights) but hey! you are on holiday, and we had breakfast and dinner out, every night, and in Salou, it really is for almost nothing, so please do not let the lack of toaster's put you off, as for a kettle...just boil the water in the saucepans provided!!!
Entertainment...fantasic! A different show every night, plus a good 4 hours during the day, Russell, the resident entertainer, has an abundance of patience for holiday-makers, and is brilliant with the kids as well. The entertainment goes on until 1.00am, but almost never runs over this time, so every-body gets a good sleep, also, they have security gaurds on the front door during the night, and this should be viewed as a good move, any-one drunk out of their head, loud, or nasty, does not get in, to my mind, this policy only makes for a better holiday experience for all.
In closing, I will say that the single biggest thing, that really made my holiday at the International 11, was the new air conditioning!! My god it's fantastic, you come back, soaked with sweat, from a days shopping, and you hit your room, which is a freezing 18 degrees centigrade, it's heaven, and also there is no more sleepless nights, in 30 degree heat, the conditioners are so good, that my wife used a blanket a few times!!!(Air conditioning is remote controlled, turn it off from your bed if you like)
Needless to say I was a happy chappy during my stay at the International 11, and yes I will be back next year!!

After paying the deposit of 60 euros for damages and seeing the state of the room I quickly made a list of the problems of the room(lock on patio not working, extractor fan taped up with parcel tape, light fitting hanging off,,)and took them the straight to reception.
The lock was fixed quickly, but the other problems were left. The entertainment was good but a little repetative night by night. Plenty of other venues though, all very friendly.
We never had a bad meal there and the staff were always smiling.
This hotel would be massivly improved if the maintainance was kept up.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helped us a lot by giving us recommendations and calling us taxis. I wouldn't call this a child friendly place.
