The only good thing thing about this hotel is the location away from the noisy night life, and it is near the beach, shops, and restaurants.

The cleanliness of the hotel was ok our sheets were only changed twice in a week.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The entertainment was none existing.

The pool and the pool area is so small for the size of the hotel, most days we couldn't get a sun lounger and it is very shaded.

We were full board and only ate in the hotel twice in a week, the food wasn't very nice at all.

We will not be returning to this hotel.

The Cleanliness of the Hotel particularly the room was of acceptable standard. The only down fall was that bed sheets were changed every three days only.

As of the food in the restaurant eventhough we were half board we only had breakfast the once and over slept the rest of our days. A typical English breakfast with all the full fat fry ups but also variety of ceareals, fruit and yogurts available. I was impressed with the variety of dishes in the evening as they did vary from day to day. Do remember to take your own bottle of water as water is not provided free of charge and can cost 2 euros, where as if purchased from the local Spa supermarket only 0.50 cents.

Staff were friendly, willing to assist and spoke good english.

Hotel designated in a quiter part of the the busy main Rd and well away from the club scene but yet only a few minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is approx 10 minutes walk. The only down side is that the Hotel is built on a hill so when coming back late at night you need to get them leg muscles pumping!

Unfortunateley the evening entertainment was diabolical. Apart from the one day where they had a show put on by a group performing from New Zealand ( The Hacka and fire dances).

We arrived at this hotel at night when it was lit up, looked lovely. When we got to our room we were on the 6th floor with good views. However we had half a bath, a showerhead that had broken away from the wall and a safe (which we were heavily relying on for storage of passports and money) which had a hole drilled through the lock so we couldnt use it. The toilet was joined to the half bath making getting in and out very difficult.

We complained that evening and we were moved at 12.00 the next day. Our next room was right above the bins and there was a smell coming from them, so using the balcony was not a pleasent experience.

The location of the hotel is up a hill and near the tacky end of the 'strip' and very close to the next hotel. We were very disappointed because all of the other hotels seemed to be much nicer than ours.

The pool was the size of a garden pond and the terrace around it was also very small.

Food was very fatty however there were healthier options.

The rooms were not cleaned very well, i think our bathroom was only cleaned twice in a week and it had an ant problem also. I would not reccoment staying at this hotel.

The hotel generaly was ok, but in the brochure it said their would be nightly entertainment and all we saw was a group singing, and some spanish dancers.

The food was nearly the same every night apart from some little things were different, but the were no labels so if we couldent tell what it was from looking at it we had no idea what we were eating.

The pool area was'nt very good either, again on the brochure it looks very different, on the last day there we didnt see any sign of a lifeguard, he had been there every other day, but that day no one was there at all.

Also we had to be out of out room by 12 in the day and we were not leaving untill around 1.30, we had to pay another 20euro's just to stay in our room untill 12.00 at night, but then we still had to sit around for an hour and a half doing nothing.
