Stayed in this serviced apartment on our first visit to Bangkok. All the services of a hotel but with loads of space.
Our first impression - WOW!!
We were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment.
Extremely spacious, mahogany floors, large living area, large dining area, two large bedrooms both with king size beds. Two bathrooms, and an extra WC. Fully fitted kitchen, with all mod cons. Three TV's, DVD player.
Superb pool.
Breakfast was buffet style - good choice.
Location - superb near Chidlom skytrain.
No entertainment in apartment, but two restaurants.

These serviced apartments are well located on Soi Tonson for the Sukhumvit area of Bangkok...only a few minutes walk from the Chid Lom Skytrain station and the Skywalk. Turn the other way and you could get to Lumpini Park after a twenty minute walk and a slight detour down a back alley.
We had a one bedroom apartment which consisted of a large open plan lounge kitchen bar area, seperate bedroom and bathoom. This was decorated in slightly older Thai style with lots of warm wood and wooden flooring. There was a tv with DVD and 5:1 surround sound in the lounge, and another in the bedroom. There was a broadband internet connection in the bedroom as well.
The apartments had access to a range of facilities...swimming pool, gym, childrens supervised play room. There were two restaurants, Mediterranean and Japanese...we took breakfast in the Mediterranean one which was pleasant enough. What service we reuired was excellent especially the front desk staff who helped us arrange taxis, and restaurant bookings. There IT support staff helped me get my laptop working on their broadband connection.
We booked the apartment - part of the Ascott group - on their website taking advantage of a Citicard special offer. Payment was made upon departure from hotel.
