The Omni Tower Syncate Suite appears to be set up as apartments and hotel rooms, wether its all one company I dont know. My wife and I stayed at the apartment section, and was not a good experience. The self catering apartments are big and roomy, but in need of a major upgrade.
Our apartment had dirty, torn wallpaper, the window handles were broken, and so could not be closed shut and safe. As we were on the sixteenth floor, that could have been scary ,if we had children with us. The kitchen was a complete mess, with bugs and young cockroaches running around, you would not attempt to cook any thing in there. The bathroom was not much better.
On the upside you did get clean towels every day, and the bed was made up with clean sheets every day.

Hotel tip: Omni Tower Syncate Suite are situated in central Nana, with a good selection of bars and restaurants. The Sky Train is in easy reach, that is cheap and quick to get from A to B, but very crowded, as you might expect it is Bangkok, an experience all the same. The taxis are cheap and plentiful, plus the good old tuk tuk.
