The hotel was basic with small rooms, a sliding door to a small bathroom. There was very little room for anything else in the room and we found ourselves having to climb over our suitcases constantly as there was no space to put them.
Our wall lamp was broken which we were told would be fixed but it never was. The walls are very thin and we were woken up multiple times by other guests. The rooms could do with a deep clean. There was rubbish from previous guests under the beds.
The internet was very weak borderline useless.
The staff were not very helpful, our room was not ready on arrival and I had to quiz the receptionist to get some information as to where we could go or what they suggest to do while we wait as there is no space in the reception.
The breakfast which was included was a nice touch however the staff working at breakfast spoke little or no English therefore I struggled to explain my allergies.
