I booked the Sabai Lodge after lots of research and loved it, I emailed the hotel with my 3 room choices and within 12 hours they replied that my first choice deluxe dolphin cottage was available and discounted the published price.
The dolphin pool has 10 cottage type rooms around the pool and the rooms were great with a king bed, table and chairs, Tv, aircon and inroom electronic safe and a nice bathroom with a full open shower. Outside the room on the Verandah i had a nice table and chairs overlooking the pool which was 15 feet from my front door, around the pool there were recliners and large tables and bench seats.
This hotel has many different types of accomodation and it varies from ground floor rooms to up to 4 storey buildings with 4 seperate pools for each group of rooms.
The staff were very attentive and helpful in every way and the cleaning staff worked very hard and were always cheerful and smiling.
Food could be eaten in many areas including the Salathai hotel restaurant or by the pools, where they would bring your order on a tray.
The hotel is in the quiet end of north pattaya in Soi 2 and its easy to reach the main areas by baht bus for 10 baht per journey(15 pence).
