Hotel is clean and the rooms have all that you would require for a holiday apart from a safe. Sadly, the hotel is in the centre of Karon's most prolific bar girl street.
We booked through Asia Web Direct and they were supposed to use my credit card as security for the booking. The hotel charged my credit card for the whole week on the day I arrived, which I only found out a few days later when I checked my credit card statement on-line. I then had a long argument over the refund which they claim that they cannot process from the hotel during which the hotel accused Asio Web of taking the payment. Eventually I had to call Visa and get them to cancel the payment from the UK.
