Lovely hotel a short tuk tuk ride into the main part of Hua Hin. You can walk it but we found it a bit too hot for much walking.
Rooms the usual standard for a Marriott. We had a lovely outlook on to beautifully tended grounds.
On the beach but we tended to use the pool which is gorgeous but a lot of it is in the shade. We had lunches there and they were delicious- stuck with local dishes.
Hotel lacks entertainment and can be quite quiet at night but there is plenty to amuse you outwith the hotel.

Buffet style breakfast with a lot of choice, Chefs cooked any style of eggs with bacon , sausage , mushrooms etc. Meats and cheeses ,fruit, yoghurt also avalilable. The hotel and all surrounding areas were spotless. The food was a little pricey for main evening meal but lunch and snacks had "meal deals" with various snacks of burgers / fahitas / Thai stir fries with free drink. The hotel was situated alongside its own stretch of beach with plenty of towels and sunbeds for both beach and pool areas.A 5-10 minute walk or very short taxi ride took you into centre of hua hin where the were lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly ,courteous and helpful and most spoke good english. The entertainment was very basic with a small jazz band in the evenings however, most people strolled into town in the evening and returned for nightcap only. Loved this hotel and would reccommend it.
