This hotel is great, But things could be a lot better in many respects. Firstly on arrival we were allocated a very basic room more like Butlins in the sixties, horrendous. To be fair when we marched to reception with our luggage demanding another room we got an excellent spacious family room with very little problem However beware this may not be available at busy times.
Drinks very limited, coffe good. The food was okay but not as much choice as we would have liked. The meat was all on the bone, and the fish still had head and tail on, so we were not happy with that. There were plenty of salads, pasta dishes, rice dishes, but there not to everyones taste. The desserts were quite good, some nice flans ets. Breakfast is more continental, good mix with omlette cooked to order, so okay.Cups had to be begged for and there did'nt seem to be more than a dozen bowls in the hotel for the really rubbish ceriel on offer.
Now the down side, we were swamped with flies the second week of our holiday but the hotel made no attempt to get rid of them, our food was covered in them we had to keep constantly swatting them away. We got bitten loads of times by mosquitos, and loads of people had dodgy stomachs, no doubt caused by the flies. There was no air conditioning onin the room, just a rubbish fan, we could'nt open the patio door at night because of insects, (roasting.)
On the good side the whole resort was very well laid out, with huge pool, loads of beds and parasols and great snacking facilities, bars etc.It had it's own water park and beach which was really good. The animation team were fantastic, so friendly and worked so hard to make sure everyone had a good time. They put on brilliant shows at night, they all tried to speak English, they were BRILLIANT.There is nothing outside the hotel only a bomb site, however there are some good trips on offer. Loved the Pirate Boat.
If this hotel had paid more attention to getting rid of flies and not allowing it on the standing food I would have rated this hotel far higher, shame. The staff were excellent.

Firstly we were told we were going to Carribean world in Hammamet not Borj Cedria so that was the first suprise. The one good thing about this hotel is it is spotless the rooms are basic but spacious cleaned every day with clean sheets and towels and the surrounding areas of the hotel are also very clean and well kept.
The hotel staff seemed nice enough only probelm being is no one could speak any english as their second language is french and they could also speak russian german dutch, but as soon as we said english they would say ah and walk off because they dont speak the language not even the basic. The entertainment team were always trying to get you involved in some type of game but them when we worked out what the game was the instructions were in french so it was useless the night time entertainment was french and russian so it was very boring to watch when you have no clue whats going on. The maids however were very nice they were polite and always had a smile.
I will say do not go to this hotel if your a fussy eater. The food left a lot to be desired the meat was never the colour it was suppost to be and there is nothing for people who like simple things. I know you expect the food to be different abroad but there is always something for every one but here they dont cater for every one it was mostly fish grilled at lunch time which the french seemed to love so i think they cater for those people more.
Being all inclusive you think that means actually all inclusive. My advice is if you like a drink buy as much as you can at the airport on the way into Tunisia. The only things included in all inclusive was juice, Wine, lager off the tape which was very weak and almost clear and they give it in the smallest glass you have ever seen so you have to keep going back every two minutes its pointless walking to the pool with it because its gone by the time you get there, they also had coke, lemonade and ther local drink called Borsh which was made from figs absolutely disgusting and no on ewants to spend a week on the toilet. You had to pay for Vodka which was their own brand not imported and also water. The only other spirit available was gin which ou also had to pay for. You cannot get any alcohol while at this hotel the shops do not sell it and there is no supermarket.
The hotel offers three excursions and the men pounce on you as soon as you spend your first day by the pool and they get very rude if you tell them you dont want to go and they keep on and on. We went on all three just to get away from the hotel. The camel ride was for 3 hours and cost
