We stayed at the Palm Inn at Skanes Tunisia.
The rooms were kept in excellent order by the maids and the bar staff (especially'teeth') were freindly.
Located right on the beach but the med was very mucky but the pool area was excellent.
The food was ok but it did not agree with my stomach at all so spent a lot of time on the toilet.
The hotel shop is run by a tour guide who does trips into sousse. I would advise extreme caution going with him as his 'tour' is not much more than a scam to take you to his mates shops where they try to force sell you carpets, leather coats etc by taking you into a back room and pressuring you into buying goods that you don
