We enjoyed staying in Tunis very much. It is a busy cosmopolitan city, with much to do during the day and the evening.
We visited a funfair - ask for the "Dahdah", and had a most enjoyable and extremely cheap evening - we were the only white faces there!
We had visited the Bardo on our last trip to Tunis, so gave it a miss this time, but it's well worth a visit to see the mosaics alone.
All in all lots for everyone to do, although it's a city, rather than a resort, so it's not for people who want to spend their holiday relaxing in the sun!
Very good transport, there are regular trams around downtown Tunis, and here all the taxis put their meters on, not like Sousse!
We will visit this resort again.
