This is the best holiday ever.
The food is out of this world.
The pools were lovely and clean.
Staff where friendly they worked very long hours and always had a smile on their face.
My 5 year old daughter had a wonderful time in the kids club; so much going on for her.
If your thinking of going to Turkey you must stay in this hotel the best ever.

Excellent hotel with wonderful facilities.
We always stay all inclusive so we generally know what we are going to get. This hotel is about the best that we have stayed in by far.
It is set right on the beach and has a wonderful waterpark area for the children with slides and a waterfall, which is also free i might add.
The food is wonderful and you can eat anything from turkish kebab and chips to salmon. There is a bookable (free) italian and bbq restaurant. The italian is set alongside the beach and is alfresco. There are about 7 courses and the waiter makes a rose out of the serviette for you as you leave.
We took 2 children with us and they were more than entertained with the games room. In here they had a mini market, hair salon, leather shop, souvenir shop, clothes shop, pin ball machines, internet area, ping pong tables and snooker.
There is a doctor on site also.
There is a bus stop at the gates of the hotel that will take you to the markets in magnavat/side for about 3/4 pounds. you can also go to the local shops kadryie for 50 cents! a bargain!!
All in all it is a lovely hotel that we would love to return to...........

We travelled with Sun Express Turkish airline at it was fantastic, loads of leg room and very friendly staff, on arriving at the hotel we were amazed to see how huge it was and the swimming pools are bigger than they look in the brochure. The rooms are spacious and clean the hotel staff do everything to please you. The food is incredible with theme nights every other night including Turkish, Chinese etc. Gala night is on every other Friday and everything is decked out in black and white (all guests wear black and white - so go prepared) and the fireworks and show were amazing. The swimming pools are excellent for children one side is the deep pool and one side is shallow, no graduating depths, so your children are completely safe. The slide pool is excellent for the children (and adults). The facilities and amenities are fantastic.

What can i say, what a fantastic hotel. There is so much for kids to do here that they end up having to choose! There are two kids clubs one run by the hotel for kids from 4-16 (divided into 4-6, 7-9, 10-12 &13-16), and thomas cook have there clubs there too. The animation team work their butts off from 10am - midnight everyday to make sure that there is plenty to do for everyone. There are four restaurants- Buffet, Italian, Fish & BBq (the last three have to be booked at in advance), and the kids reps will take the kids in the evening for dinner & disco if they want to.
The hotel provides pool towels, and the slide pools are fanatstic who needs a waterpark?
Quick tip don't bother with the Lira, it is complicated and everyone quotes in euros & english pounds even on the markets, which are dirt cheap for everything from fake designer goods to game boy games.
The pool bar only serves beer & soft drinks during the day, which is great because it discourages the heavy drinkers from getting drunk, making it a much better enviroment. Once a fortnight ther is a balck & white gala night when you are required to dress accordingly, so make sure you include something balck & white in your case.

Having not been to Turkey for 8 years I was very pleased with this hotel. Could not fault it in anyway. The rooms were very clean as was the rest of the hotel, special attention was given to the pool area they were forever clearing up. Hotel staff very good but did have run in with reception (only one or two, who were abit unhelpful) as for the entertainment team, what can I say Fantastic!!!

We have been to Kaya Belek twice first in 2002 and then again in 2004.
This hotel is brill, maybe not 5* but possibly a 4* but by Turkish standards and that is what it is rated on it is a 5*.
Hotel is spotless, food is brill with themed nights every night, food for the kids, chips, burgers, sausage, etc etc.
Service from the staff is great we had no complaints, if your polite they are too - manners cost nothing.
There are a lot of germans and they can be rude and push in but you get that everywhere and sometimes English can be just as rude!
The beach and pool area are very clean and the entertainment team are great and the shows are really good - one of the best.
Plenty for kids to do with the water slides, games room, water sports etc - our kids were 12 and 8 the first time we went and didn't get bored not even the second time we wnet back.
Would we go back - yes without a doubt - done 5* in Crete and elsehere but would always be drawn back to Kaya Belek.
Enjoy!!
