Location
The staff are warm and friendly and the service is personal and informal. They are flexible and accommodating which I find more important than just having a long list of facilities and services.
We loved the varied and delicious mezze dishes served as part of the evening meals. The half-board option was very good value. The hotel also catered well for our vegetarian diet.
The outside areas were clean and well maintained. The larger pool was great for swimmers and baby pool was perfect for our toddler to splash about in. The lush gardens had hammocks to lounge in and chickens for the children to chase.
The rooms are simple and clean. Ours was cleaned (with sheet and towel change) every other day. It was adequately furnished with enough storage space and comfortable even though we had an extra bed for our toddler.
It was perfect for us with a toddler, but there was a good mix of all types of guests - young couples, older couples, couples with kids, couples with teens, single travellers, Turkish, English, Australian, Canadian, American.. Everyone got on really well.
Overall, I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. It was our best holiday yet and we are definitely going back.

Many of the clientele are families, so if you don't like kids you probably shouldn't stay here. That said, I don't really like kids but they were all well-behaved (perhaps with the hotel's pool and Cirali's beach providing enough to keep them occupied) such that I ended up not minding. Overall the hotel has a very wholesome feel to it.
Hotel Services
The hotel provides occasional rides to the nearby Chimeras/Yanartas for 5 YTL/person, which is great since it would be otherwise difficult to get yourself there at night. This is one of the things Carrie discusses with everyone individually during her rounds. We also took up the hotel's offer to drive us to the Antalya bus station (a bit expensive) since the local buses weren't running early enough. Laundry is done for 10 YTL per load, hung/line dried only, and returned the next day.
Room
Our street-facing double room was comfortable and quiet. It's not fancy, but it certainly does the job. The rooms are made up every other night, which is a nice compromise. Street noise was unnoticeable. Each room has a little balcony outside, useful for hanging out clothes to dry but barely big enough to sit on and relax.
My only qualm was the utter lack of water pressure in the shower. I suppose they would've looked into this if I had mentioned something, but it was rather frustrating.
Electronics and Wifi
The room requires a card to be in a slot for the electricity to be activated. As someone who travels with many gadgets that need charging, this is normally a huge pain, however Hotel Canada mercifully leaves one outlet active at all times (for the alarm clock, apparently). As a bonus, our outlet had a plug multiplier attached so I could charge a few things without unplugging the clock. Very nice touch. The card is attached to the key ring which you are asked to leave in the office, but no one would notice if you didn't. (Normally I shut off the lights and air conditioning and try to slip out of hotels while my gadgets are charging, but the staff's hospitality and friendliness compelled me to be honest.)
There is a free wifi connection, although it seems to come from the office and I could not get a signal in my room. It worked fine in the eating area (where many people used their laptops between meals) and, thankfully, on the many hammocks and around the pool.
Location and Surroundings
My rating for its location is relative to the rest of Cirali. (Being in Cirali warrants 5 stars on its own.) It is a short walk to the beach, but a walk nonetheless. The distance (750m) makes it less likely that you'll casually stroll down to the beach or into town to see what's going on, but a car is absolutely unnecessary, even when bringing a few item for the beach. The hotel has plenty of free bikes sitting outside for the taking, but then you need to find a place to put it once you get to Cirali (which is more of a problem on the beach than in the town).
Cirali is quiet but not too quiet -- there are a few shops open late where you can buy snacks, drinks, sun block, etc. There were enough people around to keep it from feeling like a ghost town at 11pm during the week.

She arranged to have us picked up from Antalya airport and transferred to the hotel, a journey of about 60 miles I guess, and this went without a hitch. We arrived at the hotel quite late [23:00] and found a light meal waiting for us which was very welcome.
Our room, which was on the first floor, was fairly small but very clean and had air conditioning which we could control. The bathroom was a good size and the shower worked well with plenty of hot water, even in the morning. There was also a balcony where we could sit and read our books and look at the garden where the chickens wandered around and guests relaxed in hammocks.
The pool, which is enormous, was very clean and there were more than enough sunbeds to go around - in fact, during our stay the pool was not used that much, except by us, I suppose the other guests preferred the beach!
The food was very good, well cooked and presented and served by cheerful and friendly staff. One member of our party preferred red meat to chicken and this did not cause a problem as Saban was happy to provide an alternative.
The beach is a fair walk, - for us anyway, - but Carrie and Saban provide bicycles for those guests who want to use them, The also have a courtesy bus and will run you to the beach or even to restaurants in nearby villages.
All in all a brilliant place to chill out - and such good value.
Thanks Carrie and Saban.

There were plenty of activities available in the hotel (free of charge) - bikes, table tennis, backgammon etc. as well as free wireless internet (a working one!). Also, a wonderful green garden with all sorts of trees and hammocks was all for us to relax in. Highly recommended.

We opted for half board and were not disappointed as our 4 course evening meals were delicious. As there were 3 of us we had a family room in one of the bungalows in the garden. This had a fridge which was great for keeping water etc cold. The hotel is set back from the beach in a quiet location but it is only a short walk or like us you can make use of the bicycles available. The pleasant helpful staff and friendly atmosphere made this a very pleasant place to stay.

The hotel is spotless, rooms cosy, with nice bathrooms and all with balcony. The setting is wonderful - so calm and beautiful. During the day we generally start up in the pool and then walk the 10 mins to Cirali beach a bit later in the day.
Thoroughly recommend half board, as dinner is wonderful - but make sure you are hungry! The garden has hammocks for chillin, hens running about and the hotel is right next to the mountains. Wonderfully quiet at night - all you can hear is the locusts chirping.
Would recommend the Canada Hotel 200%!!!
