Hotel was great, just a few problems,Hotel cleanliness great, everything always looked very clean and tidy.
Hotel food was good, and there was plenty to eat,did not go hungry, and the standard of food was good, but the variety for English taste was limited,it seemed to cater for other european contries.Hotel Location was little out of the way from main shopping areas, but there were shops and a chemist. The hotel had good shops and very reasonable.
The staff were great, very friendly and nothing was to much trouble.
Evening entertainment was not great, but the rest of the Hotel was fantastic, the only other thing that was a problem,it was Very Smokey, for such a big hotel, the hotel did not cater for NON Smokers, which was a shame.

Just returned from a great 2 weeks at the Delphin.
We ate in all of the a la carte restaurants (french, italian, turkish, mexican, chinese, japenese and fish) all were very good. you need to book i day in advance from your room via a automated booking system, we never had any problems reserving a table. The buffet was also very good with a wide variety of food and show cooking every night.
Hotel very clean, rooms cleaned daily, new towels and bedding every 3 days.
The hotel is located in a developing area but you can walk to a shopping centre and the hotel provides a free bus into antalya, you need to book 1 day in advance.
Staff were very helpfull and friendly, especially to our 3 year old.
Usual entertainment in the day, then mini disco, funfair and show in ther evening, Gala night and the beach party are very good.
We have also visited the titanic hotel but think the delphin just beats it. any questions feel free to ask

What can i say about this hotel apart from WOW. Anyone going will not be dissapointed. Rooms are spacious and clean mini bar filled each day with soft drinks beer still water and sparkling water packet of nuts and a bar of chocolate. Food well thats everywhere and of excellent quality. You get breakfast luch and dinner in buffet restuarant they have themed nights while we was there we had Gala night, Love night (where all women were given a red carnation)Fish night and traditional Turkish, food and pasteries in the snack bar there is a food station serving jacket potatoes, one serving doner kebabs till 1pm then chicken wraps till 3pm then waffels till 5pm then opposite the pool bar there is a part where you can get toast all day chips and chicken wings at certain times. At side of pool bar you can get hot dogs and ice cream cones. At night 8pm till 9:30pm you can get popcorn and candy floss.
Also at midnight you can use room service to order burgers pizza soup sandwiches cake tea coffee cola.
There is also a person who walks round the pool area pushing a trolly with cucumber, apples, carrots, water melon and he will peel it and cut it up for you , someone also comes round the pool area with cold drinks as well. It is pure heaven I cannot fault it at all. Pool tables you get a hour a time, Bowling is payable of 4 euros before 7pm 5 euros after 7pm.A cinema which shows 1 english flim per day. 5 Glass lifts. There is 8 floors of hotel rooms to this hotel. Evening entertaiment when we was there was great we had 2 firework displays. There is Daytime activites football, darts, rifle shooting,Water Polo, Volleyball, water gymnatstics and also activites for the kids in the kids club. We will definatly be going back but for 2 weeks in mid august 2009

The standard of this hotel was excellent. Our room was absolutely fantastic even had a jacuzzi in the bath, good size and we had everything we needed. The mini bar was included in the all inclusive, and you could even have room service free as well.Food excellent a wide variety, but if you expect all English food don't go, and you could get food 24hrs a day thats if you could eat that much
Beautiful Chocolate cake and all sorts of lovely desserts.Fish,Steaks,Pasta Dishes, and Stews and lovely vegetables.
Stunning Hotel well run you didn't even need to go out of the hotel, every amienty. Good entertainment program for the day time.(if you like this)we didn't take part just chilled out.Evening entertainment was not too bad Could be better.
First week very few Brits but second week alot more came in. Loads of Russians.
No problems with finding a sun lounger didn't have to get up early. However you did have to get up early to get a thatched house with curtains as these were excellent in the extensive heat 57c somedays.Every thing about this hotel was 5*+ the only thing I would do different is book out of season as the heat was sometimes just a little too severe and maybe it would be quieter for us oldies. Our son loved it he went to the disco on a night. There is a beach bar and this is definetly worth going to as it is very queit just the sound of the waves and Firework displays.
Gala night was a good night and the Beach party was fun.

Stayed at the Delphin Palace for 2 weeks, would have liked to stay longer. Surprisingly little or no noise from any other rooms. Credit card to unlock/lock door, electric independent. Put air con. on when we arrived, and on till we left. It didn't go off when leaving the room, and staff left it, 'great' lovely and cool. Hotel was air con, especially lower floors, where restaurant and other facilities were, so was very pleasant. We paid extra for 'sea view' thinking we would be facing sea, but arrived to find room looked out over derelict field and had a side sea view. Make sure with T/Cook exactly what you are paying for before you go, as the hotel said booking doesn't specify side or full. It's just luck of the draw. If you get a full sea view room there is arguably a catch, they also overlook the pool and amphitheatre. There is entertainment every night in amphitheatre till approx 10.30pm then more in front till midnight most nights. It sounds as if they are on the balcony, 'loud'. The side sea view rooms were much quieter. The other side of the hotel looks over to another hotel, I don't know if you can see the sea on this side but was told it is also quiet. The front of the hotel looks out over a dual carriageway to some new highrise blocks. Any problems, ask for 'Nisa' at reception, a lovely lady who speaks good English and can fix anything.
A big indoor pool with water temp about 27c . A very large outdoor main pool, 1.4 m deep with lots of sunbeds with padding, lots of good parasols, maybe 1 to every 2 or 3 beds, 4 poster beds, (clean covers every day) and hammocks. A Relax pool round the corner which was much quieter, both in numbers and music. There was a nice pool for the children, and another next to it for the slides.
There were bars and snacks and toilets within easy reach. As you went on the beach there was a self service 'bar'for soft drinks and iced slush, a row of 4 posters along the top of the beach, and rows of beds, all part of the hotel package. A boarded walkway covered in grass coloured material led down to the jetty which had a bar and more beds, showers either side of jetty and at top of beach. Staff came round the sunbeds regularly with drinks and apples, carrots or courgettes which they would peel for you.
We used the main restaurant mostly, it was very good and staff were excellent. Once a week the head chef comes round to each table, gives everyone a chocolate and asks if everything is okay. Told him that some food was cold, he said new equipment was on order, and every evening someone went round the main restaurant taking the temps and writing all down.
At night often pretty slow getting drinks in the bars. A lot of other nationalities in this hotel, especially Germans, but this didn't present any problems. Most of the staff spoke German, but managed to their credit to get by in English. We saw a vehicle driving up the road one evening followed by dense smoke and thought standards were rather lax, but it was fumigating the area for mosquito's. This happened several times both in resort and in hotel grounds. Payphones opposite shops within hotel.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks at the Delphin Palace from the 1st April till 15th and can not say enough good things about it.
We worried before travel because the hotels advertised facilities did not match the brochure and we spent a few anxious weeks while we got it sorted.( we used trading standards).
We have been to Turkey all-inclusive 9 times, always in 4 or 5 star hotels but this one is without doubt one of not the best we have stayed in, though we also have the Barut Lara as a firm favourite.
The staff at this hotel are wonderful and we have never seen so many staff at any hotel anywhere. The hotel General Manager arrives daily by helicopter and lands on the roof, he is the son of the founder of the Comert hotels and so he keeps everything running smoothly and asks people if everything is okay. He has an army of managers who also want you to enjoy the hotel and you really want for nothing.
The staff at the hotel are not harrassed and all seem happy and we were really looked after and because up until our arrival there had been no british at the hotel over winter they were eager to chat about football etc and enjoyed having a bit of fun with us. Our son loved the animation team one was from the congo and one from Kenya and he was interested to learn about hoe they lived in there own country. They had activities for juniors daily.
The kids club looked fun for the younger children and the mini fun fair was available for 2 hours each afternoon with a ferris wheel, roundabout, dodgems, mini train, and a swinging boat. the childrens pool had a smart small waterslide feature. The five big slides are open from 10 o clock till 5pm each day. The bowling alley is a great area with snooker tables and air hockey. ( all at a charge)and the mini cinema shows a daily english film. At the moment all the evening entertainment is indoors but there is a large ampitheatre for summer.
The pier was not available but we saw it last year and it as a bar on it in summer and seating. The snack and beach bar opened for the second week of our stay and is a great place for lunch. They also had kebabs each day by the pool and you can make a toasty near the bar all day and hotdog machines. The last few days they had tortillas at 4 o clock. there is a vitamin bar at the relax pool with a bar. There is waiter service at all the bars. The lobby bar is lovely with a duo on 6 evenings and appeals to people who like to waltz etc and the disco is available from 11 o clock till 2 am with waiter service in there as well.
The foods is very good and they had just opened out on to the terrace from the main restaurant which will be great in summer. The dinning room is elegant and has two completly seperate dining rooms one for smokers and one for non smokers. All the al a cartes were not open but in summer there are 6, we tried the Italian and the Turkish and both were good. From 11 0 clock till midnight you can get snacks and soup in the dining room, and should you be hungry after the disco there is room service with a limited menu of soup, omelets, pizza, burgers and chips and sandwiches, hot beverages, soft drinks and beer, all free of charge what more could you want. They have beer pepsi and water daily in the mini bar and a packet of nuts and a chocolate bar. This is available from midnight till 6am
There are bottles of light and darkEfes and sometimes Becks beer at the bars which make a change from the usual draft beer only at all-inclusives. They have a good range of branded drinks but only in the lobby bar and disco. They have Johnnie Walker Red lable which is my tipple and the staff knew before I opened my mouth what I wanted, and also my other favourite a very nice Baileys type drnk which I must say was addictive! Gordons gin, vodkas Tia Maria and JB and many others. Lots of cocktails are available and if you wanted something special I am sure they would make it for you. The barman one evening made me a cocktail not on the list with baileys which was lovely.
The rooms are lovely and comfortable and the bathrooms are nice. We got really lucky because my husband as a fear of heights and we had a room on the top floor and the atrium was quite open so we asked if we could move to a lower floor but the hotel was full and we had to wait till next day when we were given a junior suite which had a double jacuzzi bath a kingsize four poster bed and a huge wrap round balcony, we are never usually so lucky and we were made up to say the least. It had a writing desk and a chaise lounge-bliss.
I think this hotel appeals to all ages and is truly a 5 star hotel. The gardens are fantastic and the whole place is spotless, from pools to toilets and they have an army of cleaners outside in the evening. The hotel has loads of shade and I am not sure what you call them but huts with double size pads and curtains to screen the sun, and also hammocks dotted about.
The indoor pool is huge and as a bar and plenty of seating but we did not use it because the weather was good most days. There is free wireless internet connection in the lobby bar and our son took his laptop and he spent many a happy hour keeping in touch with his friends and playing his beloved games!!
Well I hope I have got all those of you going to this fantastic hotel in the mood for some rest, relaxation and pampering go and enjoy!! We had a lovely send off by 3 of our favourite lobby bar staff, they came out when the bus pulled up to see us off.
We will return to this hotel again but we are already booked to go back to the Barut Lara next Easter.
