Flew from Gatwick never again on Monarch airlines delayed from 0735hrs until 1615hrs various excuses from plane being late in to problems with plane finally crew run out of hours.
On arrival we were greeted by very freindly reception staff who despite our delayed arrival welcomed us with drinks and a cold platter which i thought was an excellent touch. The food in general was superb with choice of hot and cold buffets some international as well local dishes all clearly labelled in a help yourself to as much as you can eat style.
The cleanliness was superb always spotless but this might be helped by the fact the hotel was only a quarter full i guess do to credit crunch.
Postioned right on beach on the mediterranean a short strole through the gardens making it an ideal location with free sunbeds and parasols for all inclushive guests and an abundance of water sports with pedaloes and kayaks free to AI guests.
The animation team worked tirelesly and the evening shows in the theatre were good niot so good after up at the Vitamin bar where a lady crooned away singing old classics to an accompanied man playing what looked like a casio keyboard all quite depressing.
I would strongly recommend updating to AI as the drinks and food are expenshive only to be expected of a five star hotel but staff could not do enough for you plenty of sunbeds a few Germans and Russians all in all I would definatly return at some future date.

This was our first visit to a hotel of this standard in Turkey and initially all was well. The room was superb, the staff friendly and the food was excellent however some of the public areas needed a little of an update as they were showing signs of wear.
During our stay there was free entertainment, free afternoon cakes etc...
The hotel had many pools (7 I think) and a whole raft of facilities and was conveinently located with its own beach area but was rather a long walk to Side itself.
The hotel met all our expectations until our final day when a large wedding party stated at the hotel and the standard of both the evening meal and the following days breakfast declined noticeably. The staff too seemed rather more flustered by the larger numbers staying in the hotel.
As this was very much an out of season break we now wonder what the level of comfort would be if we visited in peak season.
