This was my second trip in the same year to this hotel - I loved it.
The only thing that I did have a slight problem was a couple of the hotel staff in particular the reception manager. He was very ignorant and unwilling to help, very hostile and NEVER SMILED!!!
The rest of the hotel staff were fab - right from the reception staff to house keeping and waiters to health club staff.
In fact I'm going again later this year.

Wow what a hoiday.
As far as package holidays go this is the whopper of it's class.
Cheesy but fun entertainment. Great place for kids 4yrs and up.
Weather was fantastic. And all in all the hotel was fine.
Ok so now the complaints.
First things first, if you are not a haggler, stay at home. It is a constant battle to get the actual price of an item, as an example I paid

i loved staying at this hotel i stayed there for two weeks which wasnt long enough. The waiters were friendly and had a laugh with you. The three animations and the dj play a big part in your holiday as they are always around entertaining you and making you laugh, except for sundays when they are not there can be a bit boring. The cleaners clean your room everyday unless you dont want them too. There is a big variety of food you can choose from everyday.Also there is a bar that is open 24hrs. I would definetly go back to this hotel again.
