Well, this was are first proper lads holiday and the hotel made it. we arrived late and as soon as we were sorted we went to the bar. it is about 5 mins from both gumbet and bodrum but the barman(meurtin) ordered us kebabs and ensureed are drinks were topped up. the cleaners were great and very friendly as were other bar staff. meurtin ensured we enjoyed are selves happy hour and karaoke all provided to are delight. tazi rank outside, small shop and beach just minutes away. pools were clean and cool and enough sunbeds for every guest. even a forest fire which led to the evcuation of the hotel was delt with and free drinks provided, this was great. if i was to visit turkey again i would stay here.

Went to Sunshine Aparthotel in June this year. First impressions when we got there was what have we come to. But and a big but a holiday is what you make it we stayed all inclusive and this holiday was very cheap so overall it was a bargain the rooms were very basic.
Cleaned every day the food was excellent all though if you dont like Turkish food then this would be no good to you and also the all inclusive drinks package is all soft drinks and larger/beer and wine. We would go back again!!!!!!!!!!

This was 3rd visit to Bodrum. But this was the best place we stayed. You couldn't fault the service.
The cleaners flower arrangements were beautiful. Staff were as helpful as they could be. Even the raffle was ok, we went to collect our prize, there was no hard sell. We were given apple tea, had a look around and were taken back. It was a nice evening.
There is a bus stop outside the hotel, the bus is every 2mins. One price to go anywhere, if your not sure where to get off, tell the driver and he will stop anywhere then direct you. Also coming back was the same, just flag the bus down.
There is lots to see in the area too. The food is lovely, keep your french food, give me Turkish food any day of the week.
I certainly will go again, and recommend it to my friends.

This was our second visit just as special as first time everyone is so friendly can't do enough for you.
Cleaning staff brilliant towels and bedding changed every day.
If you want there's a little shop attached to hotel for your daily food ie bresd, milk sugar ,eggs, etc dolmus and taxi's pick you up right outside of apartment.
This place is idealy suited between Bodrum and Gumbet. It is on a steep climb 15 mins walk either way.
We did not have one bad meal anywhere. Must try apple tea and of course kabab best in the world.
I would never go back to Spain, Turkey for the rest of my life we have booked in June 2007 Seyir hotel Ovacik in Turkey so I will let you know when I come back.
To anyone give Turkey a go you will not be dissapointed. Roll on 2007

This hotel has an official rating of 2 star although Thomas Cook rate as 3 star. We were not expecting much because of this but were very pleasantly surprised.
The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious and well equipped. Cleaned daily and one day the maids arranged fresh flowers.
We were self catering but often ate in hotel. Breakfast good and other snacks.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Only bad thing to mention is the Turkish night that we paid 20 lira to go to. Food very poor.
Entertainment the normal folk dancers and a belly dancer. But the worse thing was a so called raffle!!! Tickets were 5 lira each and surprise surprise every ticket won. A jewellery prize! but to get your prize you had to visit the jewellery centre and the representative was there to arrange when he would pick you up and take you. Needless to say we did not pick up our prize. Despite this we had a great time.
2 Pools both very clean.
Not many English here quite a lot of Dutch people who speak very good English.
Best thing to mention is that there was no hassle getting sunbeds. You can get up at 9.30 and there are still beds available.
