When we arrived people came to take our cases straight away.

I thought the rooms were alright but they were not cleaned very well.

The pool area was nice and was cleaned every night.

The location was good only a few minutes away from the main town centre.

The hotel staff were the best ever Sedat Ali the nicest people ever great to get along with and also not forgetting Hasan nd biram .

I ould go back to this hotel for definite!!!

The room looked clean on first glance however on closer inspection the equipment such as plates and cutlery were disgusting the fridge went off everytime we went out. The windows and mirrors were filthy dirty and we had money taken from the room and the only people to have been in the room was the cleaners they said they thought it was a tip, as we had just arrived and the place was filthy we would not have left a tip. The problem with the fridge was rectified after several visits by staff who could not find a problem by myself discovering it had been pluged into the wrong socket it was in one that had a circuit breaker on the keyfob, hence it defrosting everytime we went out. The Turkish bath was not very good the heating was turned off on the marble in between customers so it did not get very hot. I was on my own and this appeared to be all the invitation needed for several of the the staff to think the could keep me company in my room and bed! As the holiday progressed we were plauged by a swarm of flying ants which were not cleared up for two days.

Booking in procedure on arrival was bad as they had spelt surname wrong, the last thing you want at 4am with 7 children in tow.

You have never seen such a dirty room in your life our floor was never moped in 2 weeks. Ask them to and you get told will sort it. Towels changed a few times, and beds changed once. All they did was empty your bin every day.

Other side of our balcony wqas a pile of rotten food and popped inflatables crawling in ants. Gardens a disgrace.

Restaurant staff so pressurising to eat there and be careful although the food is nice you dont get what you order and they sting you on the drinks BE CAREFUL. Staff are not polite at all, except 1 reception man Martin.

Manager ignores complaints and makes you feel intimidated for the rest of your stay.

Gumbet expensive on drinks but would go back. Made the most by going to the beach and other restraunts (sea breeze) excellent.

The whole complex complaining and I was told the hotel rooms were that small people were asking for a move. I don't complain you make the most of your holiday, but impossible there!

The Arya apartments were a lot smaller than we anticipated. The rooms were not cleaned every day, towels changed every 2-3 days, sheets changed twice a week.

The hotel staff were wonderful and very helpful couldn't do enough for you. Zozo is a wizard with kids in the pool.

All the staff made us feel special although a couple could be over friendly with the girls, but you had a laugh at their expense.

The Turkish bath and massage is a must, very relaxing and gives you a good tan.

The hotel is situated in a ideal place 2min from beach and 2min other way to shops and bars but it is very hilly.

Entertainment was fair, the turks had everyone up dancing but same music over and over.

I would not go back to Gumbet but would go back Arya.

When we arrived we were greeted by Alex and Ali who were great and carried our bags to our room.

The room was awful you could barely move you had to walk round the side of the wardrobe to open the door to the bathroom and to make it even worse our toilet wouldn

I have just returned from the Ayra appartments on arrival at 4 O'clock in the morning we were not impressed with our room it was very basic and pokey but after seeing the other rooms we realised it was one of the better sized rooms. The next morning after a good nights sleep after seeing the rest of the complex it didnt seem as bad.

The hotel in general was very clean and although the rooms werent cleaned or checked daily when asked for clean towels and bedding our request was granted.

We ate in the hotel restaurant every night Gino the chef is very obliging and comes out to the restaurant to give detailed information of the menu, my friend hates garlic and he made sure every night her dish reached her garlic free.

I must say the friendliness of the staff in this hotel is what made our holiday you will get a laugh every minute of the day and nothing was a problem, on leaving we had an amazing sending off with all the staff coming out to the street clapping and waving it was quite emotional as we didnt want to go home.

It was an amazing week weather was gorgeous and the Ayra Appartments was a very relaxing environment we had such a good time my two friends are returning in September.

I stayed in Arya hotel, the clealiness wasn't great but wasn't really bad.

I think that the food was quite good, I just can't eat much in hot countries.

It is in a real good spot, close to everything, but not too far in the town, which is good so you can't really hear noise as much from the centre of the town.

I have been to Arya before, I really liked the staff at it, they were great. Especially Sedat he was lovely.

Entertainment was good as well. On a Thursay night they have a Turkish night, which is really good, there wasn't entertainment every night though.

I have been to Arya twice now and I will be going again. I loved it.

I would definitely recommend this hotel/apartments.

We were self catering, which I feel was just as well given the state of the hotel/apartments, the pool and so called gardens.

They would probably prefer you to arrive at night so you do not see the stagnant water and scruffy pool.

The room was dank, dark, bare, basic, the worst I have ever stayed in. It was never cleaned the week we were there, and we only got clean towels because we asked. The toilet was broken, the shower leaked and the lights flickered on and off in each room. How it is classed as "three star" I do not know it is impossible to justify.

The staff improved from our first impression and they were fine.

The location was good although noisy till at least 3am, if not from the music, from the upstairs tenants.

Did not stay around for food or entertainment and never used the pool.

The arya hotel/apartments was a great holiday the clenliness was great although the rooms could of been cleaned more often, the maids only came in to empty the bin the beds never got changed regulary either.

The hotel location was great it was about 4 minutes walk to the beach not even that, to get to the town you would only have to walk up one road which took 2 minutes.

The hotel staff couldnt help you enough they made us feel so welcome they treated everybody fairly and interacted with everyone.

I never ate in the restaurant but the food looked nice. The entertainment wasn't bad but although could of been better.

The turkish night was the best it had all different acts it got everyone intrested although that was good, the hotel music never ended till early hours so you never got much sleep,I just made up for that in the day.

When we requested to move they acted on our request straightaway and we got moved whan the frst availble room came free. The staff were great especially Kardif, Alex,Omer and who can forget Frost I will miss you when we come back next year I had the best holiday here and I have had some good holidays and I am goin back next year .
