The hotel is in an excellant location, just a minutes walk to bar street and the nightlife and the resort is fantastic but the hotel has some maintainance and cleaning issues.
On our first day we had to change rooms as it was so very dirty and the shower didnt work and although the second room was much nicer, in the two weeks that we were there, we had our bed sheets changed twice and towels twice, no cleaning was done at all, not even the loo!!
We only used the hotel to shower and sleep and we would not stay there again. Basic is ok, dirty is not.
