Just flown back today and thought I'd let other people know of a wonderful place to stay in a relaxed friendly atmosphere.

The Apartments are basic with all the correct requirements for a self catering holiday, Very clean, fully air conditioned, TV, Radio, large fridge freezer big enough to stock up and not worry about food shopping everyday.

The restaurant on site was excellent, with a great variety accommodating for all tastes, entertainment was lively but not over the top, with the waiters and hotel staff all extremely pleasant, with the attitude of nothing was too much effort.

The apartments are set on the main road and I was sceptical about the traffic etc before I left, I shouldn't of worried they are set well back from the road and the traffic was not audible at all even on the quietest of days around the pool.

My wife, 3 children and I rented an apartment in August, 2004 for 2 weeks.

We booked this apprehensively using direct email contact with their website. We also booked with them a transfer from Milas Airport to the hotel. Despite our flight being delayed by 3 and a half hours we were greeted by the hotel chauffeur at the airport who was very sympathetic to the reason behind our delay. Having been delayed, we were safely delivered to the hotel and first impressions certainly count.

3:30am arrival at the hotel and the chauffeur had phoned ahead to have welcome beverages waiting for us and the children. Although we were keen to hit the sack we were totally overwhelmed by the welcome.
We promised to buy the cahuffeur a drink next day (You will see why this turned out to be funny a bit later)

Reception arranged for all our baggage to be sent to our apartment and we followed soon after.

Our apartment was beyond our expectations and the web site photos do not do it justice in our opinion. Nice attention to detail, clean and spaciously presented.

View from the apartment was directly over the pool and bar areas...... no complaints so far and a great start to our holiday!

We all slept very well in what we all remember to be the most comfortable beds we had ever slept in. Our kids are hearty eaters and although we missed their breakfast hours by some 1-1/2 hours the waiting staff were more than happy to set us a private table in their gardens overlooking the pool and serve us a freshly prepared English breakfast (much needed after the flight food!)

What first seemed a bit pricey for a full English soon became our stable diet over the course of the holiday. We have been to Turkey before and never really had a proper what us English would call the full monty however, the plates were more like platters and PROPER English sausages and bacon backed up with everything you could want in a breakfast. The breakfast was great value and set us up for the rest of the day.

Once we recovered from the delayed flight, transfer and lack of sleep we ventured to the beach. The beach thank lord was just 200 yards from the apartments and we were truly impressed. Very clean seas, plenty of water sports and masses of sunbeds. A little stony at the seas edge but appeared very safe for the kids.

The Palm Club is ideally located being just outside Kusadasi. Our friends had stayed at Kusadasi, enlightened us of its natural beauty but pre warned us that it can be a little overwhelming with all the traders selling their wares. Kustur being just 2km outside the main Kusadasi town was ideal for us.

Our first day at the palm club was so relaxing and the stresses my wife and I endure at home were melting away by the hour.

We spent our first evening just sitting at the hotel bar and were suprised that our transfer chauffeur from the previous night presented us with a bouquet of flowers and ice cream for the kids. How chuffed we felt when the chauffeur turned out to be the hotel owner! Mustafa.

This is not a small hotel, some 80 apartments but as the usual chauffeur had been taken ill, Mustafa took his place to pick us up from the airport! How is that for service!!!!

Hello I went to these apartments in August 04 and now we are going again in August 05. All I've got to say about it is you've got to go so you can have the time of your life there's no better place to go then here!!!!!

The accomodation is the best I've had since I've been going to turkey and its great for everyone of all ages.

The food is great there's a great selection of foods and theres something for all you can't complain about anything.

FINALLY
The staff are great when we went they were great and would do anything for you, they help to make sure that your holiday is perfect the staff here are the best people that you could want around you on your holiday.

SO to conclude my review I have just got to tell you that you should go here for all your holidays because nothing can go wrong you'll have the perfect holidays but most of all YOU'LL HAVE THE TIME OF YOUR LIFE AND WANT TO KEEP GOING BACK FOREVER I KNOW FOR SURE THAT I WILL

We preferred to book direct with the palm club as we know Kusadasi and Turkey fairly well and dont see the point paying agents commission when the hotel takes direct bookings.

We had seen the hotel on a previous holiday to Kusadasi and new what to expect before we arrived.

Unlike the previous review we opted for car rental at the airport and made our own transfer.

The rooms are tastefully furnished, nice balcony overlooking the pool area and split air conditioning was available 24hrs. The bedrooms are exceptional, lounge area rather too large IMHO as we dont spend much time in the rooms! Kitchen nice and plenty of (clean) utensils.

Hotel is located in Kustur, about 40 minutes from Izmir Airport and conveniently just 2 minutes from the beach.
