Seaview worth the upgrade - best to email them on advance.
Family rooms are best further back from the beach as noisy animation area plays loud music at times.

Kusadasi is a beautiful place with some of the most friendly people I have ever met. Bar street is always buzzing and a great laugh staying open til the wee hours of the morning. We also go to a little bar called Mamma Mias which is great and you are really made feel welcome and taken care of so far as they make sure that you never have to go look for taxi or anything on your own

The resort was nice, especially the pool and the grounds. It is definitely not a 5 star resort, more like a 3 star. The evening entertainment was also good.
Sadly, there were quite a few minuses.
1 - The main reason I booked into this resort w because I was assured the kids club was very good. I was on holiday with my 7 year old son. However the kids club was virtually non existant in the day. When I asked what activities they had it was either drawing (inside) or watching tv (inside). The other activities on offer were chargeable. The animation team carried out activities in the day, but it was mainly for adults and teenagers.
2 - the food was pretty awful, especially the breakfast. I found out later that the resort attracts mostly eastern Europeans, so the food is catered around them. This wouldn't be so bad if it was edible, but it was all in all sub-standard.
3 - you will find yourself being ripped off if you're not careful. The animation team really push products onto you such as CDs, bingo tickets, t-shirts, and they are not cheap. They will not take NO for an answer, and will often leave the goods with you and almost forcibly get money off of you later, or get your room number and charge it to that.
4 - The layout of the bars meant that in the evenings, if you went to the entertainment in the amphitheatre, you either had to have the sub-standard cocktails served there, or trudge quite a way to the busy pool bar to get drinks.
5 - Additional activities, such as billiards, air hockey etc, were very expensive.
6 - Take wet wipes if you use the pool-side toilets. They are disgusting!
7 - The older, single storey rooms are not that good, and could do with refurbishing. The cleaning is also a bit hit and miss!

Again just the entertainment...a 1 is being generous. the beach was superb with loads of activities and a lovely jetty to walk out on.
the bars there were very clean and the guys were very helpful.
people have slagged of the splash card they give you...as long as you keep the receipts there is no problem..it is very handy although hotel prices are real expensive.
But would I go back..
yes..my kids had a bal and apart from entertainment a very good holiday was had by all and it was real relaxing to see kids having loads of fun..
ps
Cleaners are worth a tip..they are always cleaning your room with fresh towles every day

as for cleanliness it is brilliant although i didn't see many bins outside i didn't see any rubbish either.
Entertainment is the best, Roxy's is a must see, great fun in there the staff are lovely and so is roxy.
We went to ladies beach and i never got to go on the beach it was packed. I have heard it's a lovely beach but unfortunatly i didn't get a chance to get on it.
I'd go again in the morning if i could and i think it's brilliant for teenagers and everyone else but i'm a teenager myself and i don't want to go anywhere else on holiday.

the resort was very clean in my opinion, there was cleaners evry day to clean your villa, the pool is cleaned each night, the food is also cooked to good standard. the entertainment has slipped a bit this year, it has been the same each year, yet now there is a new animation team who i dont find as entertainignas the last few years. there is long beach not too far away. if you like the typical beach to sun on and to mayeb get a munch and a drink its perfect. i preferred ladies beach as it had alot more to do yet it is very far away. i would visit pine club again.

We were not that impressed with Kusadasi and i am not one to complain at all usually!
GREAT for shopping and very friendly people but we felt it was quite smelly and lacking in that holiday atmosphere, maostly shops, not many nice restaurants and bars like you get in most holiday resorts.
I am all for a bit of local culture and charm and a bit of rusticness but this was just not that pleasant full stop! The further into the town you got the grottier it got. Lots of high rise type apartment blocks which is i assume where the locals live, they were tatty and not nice looking at all. Fortunately we were staying 10 mins outside Kusadasi and were all inclusive so it was not a problem for us. If i ahd been staying in the resort and had been self catering i think i would have been very dissapointed.
