Booked suite 4 adults 2 bathrooms arrived 1 bed 1 bath
Paid extra to get another bedroom and put in small basic rooms not luxury as promised the hotel can’t give us what we have over paid for and are now full due to a wedding party we have received flowers as apology but need refund and compensation for 2 days up until today and counting for hassle and stress for substandard rooms photographs show proof that has been sent to Jet 2 and hotel manager.

This hotel is top class in my opinion, the staff were wonderful, nothing too much trouble, they even clean your sunglasses on the beach.
The food was lovely 6 a la cartes and the buffet, waiters in the a la carts even remember your name and are helpful with the menus.
The location is lovely built into the pine forest,and it slopes down, the only drawback is the stairs and slopes, the rooms are built in blocks in tiers and unfortunately we were at the top tier, they do a bus shuttle but must admit the service wasnt that good we only caught it twice in 2 weeks, definately not for people with leg problems, and that is the reason we wouldnt go again.If anyone is thinking of going make sure you dont get the blocks starting with 49 they are right next to the motorway and the noise goes on all night, tho you do get used to it!
The entertainment isnt too bad,, plenty for kids, a show most nights in the ampitheatre, mini disco, rixy club, playground and their own pool. Animation team around the pool during the day, darts archery etc, evening entertainment not up to much and from 11pm to 3am the disco which is on its own island, but the repetion got a bit boring, all in all a very good hotel and service second to none
