This is the fourth time i have stayed in this hotel over-the past seven years the last time was in 2005. A lot has changed in three years, Iam going to split my review into Pros and Cons
Pros
The food was fantastic best I have had in 16 trips to Turkey. There was a child's menu for Breakfast ,lunch and Dinner. The food at Lunch and dinner was all Turkish, BRBQ, salads, pide, and vegetables cooked in the Turkish fashion. Breakfast eggs done all ways, continental sausage, bread, jams, cereals and fruit.
Service at all bars except pool bar excellent.
Choice of alcohol very good
Evening entertainment excellent
Views from pool bar exceptional
Hotel and beach kept very clean
Rooms spotless.
Cons
The pool bar was a disaster one person serving up to 30 people waiting. Rep said nothing could be done. As this was the most popular bar during the day it became very frustrating. This was even more evident when young females or Turks were served immediately.
If you wanted a choice of sunbeds in the shade a 5.30am start was required
The animation team during the day were conspicuous by there absence, we knew they were about because the music was on.
We had a problem with a group of young Turks who took over the pool one afternoon, became drunk and worried families with young children, the hotel did Nothing about it. Safety of its guests should be there no 1 priority.
The shop on site was very expensive eg crisps and ice creams 3 times more expensive than outside, we all expect a slight increase in price but 300% this was a rip off.
The rooms were dreadful clean but very small and shabby only 2* standard. We were told that they were to be up graded next year.
This hotel is trying to raise its standards as there are now several hotels in the area who have a higher star rating. I was told by the rep that if I wanted to book next years holiday to do it as soon as I arrived home as the price was sure to rise due to the refurbishment of the rooms. I went on the internet and found that the holiday had already increased in price, I paid this year

Good points location very pretty excellent views restaurant very cleean especially food area.
Pools good facilities in the most part were good However, here's the downside.
Room was very poor 3* max although paid and booked on understanding 5* cockroaches in bathroom 4 nights then one running up leg in bed complained to TC rep as had friends in newer appartments overlooking sea their accomadation was unbeleivably different I mean like fantastic.
We were told that these were premium and we had not paid that rate rubbish not offered we bought and paid 5* rep said turkey rate 5* TC rep said they rate 3* plus funny that they said that abount 5* with same probs in Tunisia last December.. Cop out Anyhow no amount of complaining got a better room.Incidentally I found out that a lot of guests including our friends paid same as we did or there abounts so premium was hogwash
The room realy spoilt holiday the other annoying thing was they so called Annimation team (Activities) Middle ageed teanages trying to run complex like 18 - 30 the Music was piped to every area via loud high bass PA speakers you could not escape the bloody music which was predominatly western pop winehouse etc. This stated at 1030 and was played all day until around 1600 ish they do lower the volume in the afternoon but realy I wanted to to relax and chill listening to the waves lapping managed this if got up from 0700 to 1030 we also struggled too sleep until early hours due to disco which was more or less below ground under our room.
The mix was mainly middle aged to young parents with children and youth but the entertainment offered nothing to the first two groups I found quite a few people were unhappy with the constant music (it reminded me of Butlins but with sunshine) the one other issue was the hilly terain the complex was built on this did not bother us too much but a lot found endless stairs to differeing levels difficult.
Food was very good bar service was slow.

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful setting overlooking the Aegan towards Kos. A rather large number of steps all around the Hotel so not too good for the less mobile or the very young as no real beach! The Hotel had everything from two beautiful pools and a man made beach with sand. Food was ok the first week but by the second we had had enough. Rooms were ok but the bathrooms were not so good (have seen a few comments about this and every season it is mentioned they will be refurbished for the next - but not sure about this). Had a very good journey with Monarch too and from Turkey and all in all would probably go back to this hotel sometime. A good hotel for families.

Now what can I say about Club Kadikale well its great
well and truely enjoyed ourselves. Went all inclusive and would go again.
The hotel is very very clean and the rooms are cleaned every day just leave your towels on the bathroom floor and they leave clean ones. The location is ok you dont have to leave the hotel if you dont want to there is enough to do around the complex without going into Turgetries or Bodrum.
The food is served buffet style for breakfast lunch and dinner wine is served by the glass if you want a bottle of wine you are charged for that. Snacks are served at the bar below the pool with the water slides between 2pm and 5pm burgers chips etc.
There is also a Italian resturant at night there, you need to make a reservation at reception though 24 hrs before you want to dine there.
The evening entertainment is held in the ampitheatre which is up quite a few steps the only downside to that is that there is no bar up there.

Stayed here last August, first impression was that it was lovely and clean. It was quite out of the way from everything, but you could quite easily get on the Dolmas into town (a little bus where you literally end up squashed like a tin of sardines). We got there at tea time so we decided to have a wander. We were very impressed with what we saw, beautifully laid out, with it's own beach and jetty. It's got a few pools, one has waterslides, a beauty salon, shops, boutiques, an underground disco, and not forgetting the ampitheatre!
One moan would be that there were a lot of steps there, the ampitheatre was up a lot of steps, and the three bars were on the ground floor, so when you went for the obligatory kids club and entertainment it wasd a real pain if you ran out of drinks!
In general though, the place was smashing. The food was a little repetitive, but I think you will find that with most AI holidays. (The bread was fantastic, especially the chilli one - yum!)
There was a pancake bar during breakfast time which was gorgeous, you could always get eggs, soft or hard boiled, and of an evening there was always fish and meat on the grill, with the usual chips, salad and Turkish cuisine, well you are in Turkey, holiday in England if you want English food!
The entertainment staff and reps worked hard, keeping the children entertained. They tried to get you to join in the games etc but weren't pushy, and left you alone if you said no. The bar staff were mostly friendly, and if you gave them a tip now and again they were even more friendly! The cleaning and maintenance staff were excellent, and worked very hard to keep the hotel in tip top condition. The reception staff were always on hand and willing to help.
The shop was daylight robbery, having said that, the guy working there was lovely and my two girls came out with freebies most days, which sort of compensated for the high prices.
Room was basic, but cleaned regularly, and to be honest, how much time do you spend in your room on holiday? It doesn't need to be The Waldorf.
All in all, had a fab time here, and would visit again.
