Transfers arranged with hotel - no problems.
Check- in and out - no problems.
Party and luggage taken in club car up to Myndos room, which was set in the hillside and away from main hotel. View was great - out over complex and across bay to Greek island of Kos.
Room modern; tiled throughout; modern bathroom; mini-bar topped up everyday - soft drinks only. Room cleaned everyday and sheets changed three times. Fresh towels everyday if wanted. Electric blind allowed you to raise partition from bathroom to living room and out across the bay. Room adequate in size for 2 adults and 1 5 year old, but larger families might struggle with size and limited wardrobe space.
First and only real problem throughout holiday - intermittent fault with hot water for 4 days. Was reported throughout and hotel tried to deal sort but never 100% satisfactory. Not an issue after hot day by pool but a bit of a shock first thing!!!
Food at main buffet restaurant was ok. Usual problem of buffet food - not always as hot as you wanted. One grill in operation at all mealtimes which I think may struggle to cope with demand if the hotel was fully booked. Not an issue whilst we were there as hotel about one-third full. Waiting staff not always that committed. Never a problem to get a no smoking table but again may be an issue at full capacity. Bars and service was not an issue for the same reason but talking to fellow Brits who were on a two week hol, they all indicated that when the complex had been busier, with a Turkish Dentist Conference(!) the week before, more difficult to do so.
The only specialist evening restaurant we tried was the Italian which was good. The meal was served under candle light and it was a bit dark by the time we ate!! The Turkish restaurant was the best lunchtime venue for salad and Turkish pizzas. The beach snack bar was ok for burgers;club sandwiches;etc.
Activity pool was main area of activity and various games played around here. Staff not to pushy in getting people involved. Sometimes the music was a bit repetitive and I would echo the comments of another review from somewhere that at the "relaxing pool" you could still clearly hear the deep drum and bass of Sean Paul;etc.
The beach is relatively small and man-made. There are sun loungers spread around and two jetty's with large cushions on also. There was also a section at far end of beach which was butler service and carried a further charge.
Our son throughly enjoyed the kids club - it was the only one he has happily gone to and the staff were very good. Usual mini-disco at 21.30hrs. Didn't bother with canoes and pedalos but they were available.
The entertainment was the least satisfactory aspect. Decent amphitheatre with modern equipment. Would recommend the Turkish night and the Gala show, the rest I could take or leave. Would positively recommend against the Comedy show - I have been home for a week now and am still awaiting my first laugh!
Tugetries - nice small town - 17YTL in taxi each way. Hotel runs a bus each day - think it was 6

This is a lovely hotel and is immaculate. The rooms are kept very clean and towles and linen are changed regulary.
The hotel is quite isolated and to visit the markets involes bus rides or taxis these can be easily arranged from the hotel reception and are well worth doing.
The food was excellent - I would recommend the A La Carte restaurants (altough the Mexican was closed) these are very nice and a pleasant change to be served by waiters.
There are only a few downsides but they are important-
if you are not easy on your feet be aware as the "bungalow" rooms are situated away from the main hotel on a very steep hill. We were in room 14022 and counted the steps one day and there were 126 to reach the restaurant! You can get rides in golf cart style buggies so that helps. You can book in the main hotel and these rooms do not involve such a hike.
The restaurant does have a no smoking area but this is small and can sometimes feel like a canteen - the main restaurant which houses the food is the smoking area and sometimes did become very smokey.
There are steps to the beach but there is always staff on hand to help if needed.
The main bar in the lobby can sometimes suffer from very slow service - we did notice some guests tipping the bar staff with Euros or Cigarettes and they did receive faster service!
All in all a lovely hotel although a little isolated.

We went on a 2 week holiday to Yasmin resort and enjoyed ourselves immensely.
I would recommend this anyone, singles, couples and families and groups. The rooms were of very high standard and very clean, they were cleaned every day with fresh towels and a change of sheets 3 times a week.
The mini bar was filled every day with soft drinks and water. All rooms are with air conditioning and have great views of the bay with french balcony.
The food is fantastic. the first night we were there it was a bit confusing but soon found out the food system and there was plenty of different choices every night. There is also a mexican, fish, turkish and italian resturant that you have to pre-book, we ate in them all and they were all fantastic.
There are 8 bars in the resort and one is open 24 hours. The staff really excel themselves and cant do enough for you.

The hotel is miles from anywhere and so AI is essential.
There are 4 Al A Carte restaurants with set meals Italian, Turkish, Mexican, Sea Food which you are allowed to pre-book once each per week all are overlooking the bay and 2 become snack bars by day. The main restaurant is very good, with excellent salads, but the hot food is in different places, so you have to que for Pasta, fish, meat, chips, eggs all separately, so a hot meal is almost impossible - there is plenty of choice and the sweets and fresh fruit are very good. The main bar is in the lobby and open 24 hours a day, some of the bars mentioned in the brochures are not yet open.
The main hotel and rooms are excellent, the washrooms are being cleaned constantly and are excellent.
Our room was large with a glass partition in the bathroom with motorised blinds so you could shower and bath overlooking the bay. The fridge in the room had water, fanta, coke and sprite and if used these were replenished daily.
The only downside was the amount of steps and steep cobbles, we were fairly close but after the walk up the ramp and cobbles and then the 20 steps to our room we were puffed, you could catch the cart outside reception, but you had to wait in full sun. It is built on a hillside so there are quite a few steps and ramps. A word of warning, the lift in the main reception is small and only holds about 4 people, it breaks down and the electrics don't work so you can't use the alarm, I am claustrophobic and was terrified for 15 minutes before they got us out, needless to say it was the stairs from then on.
The staff are brilliant, a guest relation desk is situated next to reception for information and booking restaurants etc. and they are so helpful, especially Cristina. The waiters are extremely efficient and friendly, we enjoyed their efforts to teach us a few words of Turkish and a please and thankyou in their language was always appreciated.
The entertainment in the main area was only twice a week, which was a shame because the band are very good, but a smaller version do play sometimes in the Turkish and Italian restaurants. The shows in the amphitheatre 5 nights a week by the entertainment staff were repeated each week and mostly relied on audience participation, which was dominated by the Russians who are certainly the majority. The daytime entertainment team are excellent and there is plenty to do throughout the day. TotI, Marco and MoMo (brilliant) mainly did the games on the beach that we joined in and there were 3 more running the games around the pool as well. I think we were a bit early in the season as more entertainments staff were there on our last day. There is loud music around the pool and as the 'quiet pool' is situated above the main one, you can't get away from it. Even on the beach the base from the music can be heard. We didn't mind this, but not everyone appreciated it. The pools were lovely the first week, but the second week as it got hotter the quiet pool went slightly green, a number of people reported it, but it wasn't good for the last 4 days of our holiday. We didn't use the Thallasso centre or Turkish baths, but the facilities looked very good. A pool and beach towel is supplied and can be changed for a clean one at any time.
There is a clinic within the hotel and a Doctor on 24 hour call with an assistant, unfortunately I needed an infusion of antibiotic, but the Doctor was excellent and I was back on the beach an hour later with daily visits for dressings all catered for.
This is a very new hotel and they were adding and improving things while we were there, the amphitheatre opened part way through our holiday and they finished the new outside disco at the end of our holiday. The Managers are walking around all the time, permanently on their mobiles as soon as they see something they don't like.
It is an excellent hotel now and we would certainly like to re-visit at a later date to see what they have done.
