Having just returned from our second visit to the villa Kiydan I feel that I must write a review on these apartments as they are excellent in every way. They are modern extremely clean (as they have the best cleaner in Turkey) are in a great location not too far away from the bars and restaurants with fantastic views of the rock tombs.
They are family run and the owners are there for you if you need them but basically leave you to enjoy your holiday, the pool area is clean with ample comfortable sunbeds and drinks and snacks if you want them. The apartments are well equipped with a powerful shower which I always feel is a bonus.
Having stayed in lots of apartments around Turkey I feel that the Villa Kiydan is a self-catering apartment with a much more classy feel where you can totally relax .

We booked this accomodation from a recommendation on the Holiday Truths forum. We booked direct with the owner via the internet. The transfer and air conditioning was included in the price. The apartments are in two blocks, right next to the pool, some apartments you can step from your terrace almost straight into the pool. Apartments were spotless and well equipped for self catering. They were cleaned every day with new towels supplied every so many days. The owners are very friendly and like to make sure everyone has everything they need. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times, meals were lovely. The apartments are about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Dalyan with a corner shop nearby. The owners also have a boat which is available just for guests, you can book the boat privately or share with other guests, its your choice. We had a couple of trips that worked out about

I stayed in Villa kiydan in June 2008 with 3 friends and had a ball, the food, the people, the Kiydan boat, everything made for a memorable holiday. Going back in Sept 2008.
