hotel was kept very clean,food was excellent but did not like the self service treatment,location excellent but the beach is not sand,some staff very nice and helful some not so much, the staff seem to be trained to do a job full stop, not to use there initiative,for example in the restuarant they only know how to clear a table.entetainment excellent, but we feel they spend a disproportionate amount on this at the expense of training on cutomer service.
