The Yacht Hotel Fethiye is not to be confused with the Yacht Plaza Hotel,which is a little further up the road The Karagozler.allthough they are owned by the family.The Yacht Hotel in 08 undewent a major revamp, and could not be more different than the old Yacht.
It is now a beautiful,modern upmarket hotel,and resturent, possibly the best hotel in Fethiye,
Owned by Mustafa,and his wife Banu,of The Yacht Plaza Hotel.

The ratings for the The Yacht Hotel Fethiye,on my previous posting are wrong this is a five star hotel in every way,Location,service,food,cleanliness.

If you are looking for a small,friendly hotel with fantastic views looking out to the harbour and mountains,then you could not get much better than the yacht hotel.
try to get an upper floor room as the lower ones have only the view of the trees.
On arrival,you are greeted with smiles from the lovely reception staff who help you to your room with your bags.
If you are not happy with your room,just ask and they will change it for you.
The rooms are a decent size although the balconys are a little small,just adequate for 2.
The hotel is always kept lovely and clean by the pleasant cleaning staff.
Breakfast is mostly fruit and eggs with cereal.
We only had our dinner in the hotel once because we like to go to differant places to eat,but when we did eat there it was very nice.
there is no entertainment there because it is only a b&b.
The one thing that stood out more than anything was how nice and friendly the staff were,especially the reception staff.Its something you don't get in the larger hotels.
Overall i would love to visit this hotel again
