We have been staying on and off at Avlu 4 for the last 10 years; every now and again we keep thinking we should try somewhere else, but always return here. Why ? Extreemly friendly staff; extreemly clean apartments, nice and quite when you want it to be, and just round the corner from Icmeler's best restaurant - Moonlight!
We stayed elsewhere this summer, but will be back at Avlu4 in September for a week.
10 minute walk to the beech, lovely pool - dont know why we keep trying out other places really, it never fail to be a nice relaxing holiday!
Not the 3 marking for the entertainment - this is only low as really there isnt any - but on a personal level, i dont want it on my doorstep, so am happy for the odd cd to be played in the bar - again, IDEAL!

The Avlu is a brilliant place to stay, near the town centre but no where noisy!
The staff made our holiday, they were superb, so friendly and welcoming, and they even stayed up with us to catch our bus at 2.45 am!
We were self catering but ate in the Avlu.
The food was very good, and the service excellent.
Our room was small but clean, the only down side was a lack of catering facilities but the food is very cheap in Icemeler.
The staff made the entertainment according to our tastes, footy sometimes, DVDs, and lots of music!
Excellent place, definitely worth a visit.
