Best location in the whole of Icmeler! Private beach (the only part o the beach wih palm trees so you have got some shade) and awesone views from the balcony.
Pool is nice but far too few sunbeds for the size of the hotel.
The hotel itself is big and a bit dated now but clean. The rooms are good size and have got aircon, tv and a proper bath with shower. Sheets and towels were changed regularly.
The breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice! Dinner was a complete and utter let down. Food was uninspiring and bland (it was soup, pasta and turkey or chicken plus one veggie dish every night) although the puds were nice. Saved us a fortune anyway as we ate there 4 nights out of the 7.
There was no entertainment at all at the hotel (apart from the family of cutie cats that visited at meal times!)which was a shame though and the staff completely ignored us most of the time. We were the only english guests, everyone else was dutch, german or russian. Took ages to get drinks for dinner as all other guests were attended to first.
Staff seemed to have a general don't care attitude which might be the fact that it is end of season and we will only recommend the Laguna for its location and breakfast.

What can I say! This is an excellent hotel with a beachfront location second to none.
We stayed in a suite which had two balconies one with sea view the other to the side. The hotel was very clean and maid service brilliant.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We received a half bottle of wine and fruit every second day in our room but this may be because we were on honeymoon.
A nice touch were the large scatter cushions on the beach owned by the hotel, great to relax on at night with a few beers.
The only downside was the food. Although nice, there was a lack of variety and kids were not catered for. By the time we got to the second week we started eating out.
Apart from that we had a wonderful time and we would recommend this hotel!!!

The Laguna Hotel is a very good 4*, it is in the one of the best locations along the seafront, just far enough away from the louder bars.
The room was immaculate we had fresh fruit and a bottle of wine on arrival, the maid cleaned every day and laid of beds out with fresh flowers.
The restaurant was lovely you could sit and eat whilst listening to the sea, the only gripe I had was there was not really any choice for children luckily my daughter is not a fussy eater but if she had of been like many I don't think she would of eaten much at all.
The bar staff - kitchen staff - cleaners - as well as the admin staff were all so friendly and always so happy to see us and kiss and play with our daughter.
The pool area is lovely but the pool intself is freezing it is permanently in the shade as the palm trees are all around the hotel grounds.
The private beach is wonderful, although I think when you have paid for a 4* hotel the last thing you expect to have to pay for is a mattress to go on a sun lounger.
Anyone going to this hotel will love it, personally I think they should offer a B&B facility as well as half board.

on entering the hotel you think wow the views from the reception area were fantastic. the rooms were quite spacious with fridge,tv,shower and bath and plenty of storage space.the rooms were cleaned every day with towels left on the beds in the shape of hearts with flowers on them (this was a lovely touch) the food was very good, we had a very fussy eater with us and she managed to find something to eat every day. the location of the laguna is ideal being near the end of the bay and only 10 minutes walk from the hustle of the resort center. it has its own part of the beach which was clean with waiter staff on it. the staff were always happy to see us and were very helpful whenever required i couldnt have asked for better care as i was on crutches at the time. the entertainment was low key but good at the hotel.we had a really nice stay here and would go back again tomorrow.
