These apartments are fabulous!. Rooms are very clean with maid service everyday. The rooms are large enough for a family of four. Balcony is also spacious and including table and chairs, which comes in handy.
The bar serves all sorts, drinks are quite pricey, but the food is of average price. The chips are good.
As for the location...with me and the hubby having two kiddies aged 7 and 5 years it was great. It's only 10 mins away from the centre of Icmeler. It's nice and quiet but not too quiet. The dolmus runs every 10 mins right outside the door.
The apartments have a weekly Turkish night on Saturday, which is not to be missed, you get belly dancers, tradional Turkish dancing etc and lots of yummy food, all for

Funnily enough, we were double booked with another apartment so they put lots of us here, in the Mola and thank goodness they did as seeing the Onat apartments we knew we were better off staying at the Mola.
Family run by a wonderful turkish family, clean rooms, lovely pool area, great food and what i enjoyed most was the location in the old village, together with the wonderful Turkish folk.
Plenty of places to eat round and about and lovely stroll into the town or a million and one Dolmus passing by every 2 mins.
WE thoroughly approved of the Mola, it was very clean, only complaint, lack of toilet rolls.... had to keep pinching them from other establishments, one between four!!!! and that was for a week.
The family were very friendly and went out of their way to oblige. The rooms were beautifully clean and spacious although some of the air conditioning located in strange places.
Definately would go back there, relaxing and had a great time.

I'm sorry but the hotel was filthy, the room floor were never cleaned, all around the pools were dirty and the pool water was horrible.
The food at the hotel was dispicable, we ate there the first night and never eat at the hotel again, we had to eat out every night.
The hotel was in the middle of nowhere, there were no shops nearby and to get to restaurants and clubs we had to take a 30 minute taxi ride that cost a lot of money.
The hotel staff were rude, and very unhelpful. The staff always got food and drink orders wrong or mixed up.
All in all this holiday was my worst ever and I would never go back even if it was for free. My advice to others is stay away from here its a holiday from hell.

My husband (who is Turkish) and I stayed at the Adler for 1 week in July 2004 with my teenage daughter and her friend.
We found the rooms to be spacious and airy. Maid service is every day. There are hairdryers and TV's in the rooms too, and each one has a balcony.
The pool is clean and well equipt with inflatables for the children ( or adults !!). The bar area is spacious and kept clean and tidy. There is a pool-table and table-tennis, and also a large screen TV with a selection of up-to-date DVD's to chose from.
The apartments have a lovely backdrop to the mountains and also have beautiful gardens. There is also a security guard on watch all night which was comforting; but probably not neccessary!
The Adler is situated in the old village of Icmeler and is quite a walk to the town centre of Icmeler itself, but don't let this put you off, as there are plenty of dolmus, and taxi is only 5mill T, there are also lots of bars and restaurants in the old village too. We would definitely stay there again.

BEWARE if you book independantly, we went with a tour operator in 2001, decided to go back again, owners son took a booking for 2002, assured us, up to the day that we arrived our booking was confirmed, when we finally arrived, he had over booked with the tour operator, who obviously come first, he had email address, fax no., phone etc., and not once did he bother to inform us, I even rang the day before. He knew he was over booked, not funny after a long journey and arriving a 2.00am with kids in tow, Went next door and booked with the Miramonte, he did us a favour in the end, much nicer hotel and cleaner, brilliant staff and cheaper, have been there ever since. During our stay at the Miramonte, the owner put up three other families, even giving up her own appartment because the nice man from the Adler 1 had done it again...You have been warned.
