This was our third time staying here in two years and once again we had a really enjoyable stay. It was good to see Ferdy (Mr Sabatini) and Josh again and they made us feel right at home, always pleasant and service with a smile. Our room was cleaned every day and the snacks served at the bar were reasonably priced and tasty, especially the tuna + onion sandwiches.

Location is a 10 minute walk into town and it's good to have a bit of chat with the local bar and restaurant owners on the way down. Say hi to Aziz and the boys in Mr Chef near the apartments and try them for well priced, delicious food.

There was a nice quiet relaxed atmosphere around the pool while we were there and although the pool is rather deep at both ends I think this is going to be changed for 2006. We met some great fellow guests and enjoyed a beer or two with them at the end of the day, at the middle of the day, at the beginning of the night and at the end of the night! Well, we were on holiday.

We would visit the apartments again as Ferdy and Josh are great hosts and the rooms are kept clean. Mind you, be warned! Every day at a certain time Ferdy goes a wee bit mad and starts some crazy dancing and/or singing. I think it's when the sun gets too hot and his brain starts to melt. It's all good fun though. This year Kosmar holidays are taking over the bookings for the apartments.

Well what can I say, we have been going to Icmeler for around 17 years and have always enjoyed the Turkish hospitality, having had no problems whatsoever and staying at several different apartments.

However this year we ended up at the Turgay apartments. Initially things seemed fairly OK by Turkish standards and then the problems began.

Well best holiday in Turkey to date. Apartments clean and spacious in lovely quiet location 10 min walk to resort centre set in old village.

Suited ourselves as not too many children to crowd pool area. Loved our mad {Ferdy} manager and waiter ,pool attendent all in one. Nearly forgot snack chef to boot, food in general very good ,will return September 05 recommend.

We stayed at Turgay aparts for a week in Sept having already spent two weeks there in June. Once again we had a great holiday. It was good to see Ferdy again who never seems to stop working, and it was nice that he remembered us and served us our tea in the 2 mugs which we had boughtin June but left behind. He also presented us with our hairdryer which we had also gone home without in June. Amazing memory when you consider the amount of holidaymakers he must see during the summer.

The apartments were cleaned every day and the rooms were spotless. The maid also left clean towels in nice flower arrangements on the beds. The pool area and bar were also kept very clean. I've given the food
top marks, but that's really just based on the snacks available at the bar which are great for soaking up the previous night's alcohol!

Apartments are about a 10min. stroll into the centre of Icmeler and are set in a nice quiet location with a couple of mini markets and restaurants close by. We had some nice meals in Mr Chef just down the road, and Aziz and the gang in there look after you well and keep you amused. Look out for Aziz's Kilmarnock top and tell him he looks very handsome in it.

Ferdy does a great job at the apartments and this time we also met Josh who is the owner's son. He also does a good job behind the bar and he kept us topped up with efes before we ventured into the town for the night. I've also got to mention the new member of staff, his name is Hector and he had all the girls(and some men!) at the apartments going weak at the knees whenever he appeared and they would all rush up to him to run their hands through his hair and caress him gently. Hector is a wee pup, just a few weeks old and he's a wee cracker. He went missing a couple of times during our stay and everyone helped to look for him. He was just hiding in the bushes for some shade, but he sure caused a panic. Anyway, I hope he's behaving now and him and ferdy make a great team.

We didn't make it to the Turkish night at the apartments as we were meeting friends to go and watch Celtic v Barcelona in one of the bars but were told it was a good night.

We had a brilliant holiday and a special mention to Joan and Joyce for some good chat at the pool.

I arrived in Turkey around 3am in the morning and i was abit worried if anyone would meet us at the Turgay apartments but we were met by a nice man called Verdi who greeted us and quickly took our cases up stairs.I can not praise these apartments enough they were spotlessly clean and the maids came in every day.it is situated about 10 minute walk from city centre,The food is very good and the staff our very friendly the pool is very clean and well maintained.each apartment has its own balcony and the bedrooms have air conditioning which is a must in Turkey. I certainly would use these apartments again our friends were in another apartments and they said ours were far better.

We have just returned from the Turgay apartments at the end of july and have booked for next year again.

The location of the apartments were great as it was nice and quiet located near the old village about 10 minutes walk to the beach.

The cleanliness of the apartments was second to none as they were cleaned everyday and clean towels provided everyday as well.

As we arrived we were greated by Ferdi who took us to our rooms in the early hours and we knew from then by the way we were greated that we had picked the right place to stay.

Ferdi and Josh were aleays there for you if you needed any thing, it was no problem to them in any way.

The bar and reception area was great bar always stocked and we had a pool table, table tennis and the Internet as well.

The pool was cleaned every day. Which was always good to see.
We attended the Turkish night layed on by the Apartments and had one of the best nights in icmeler this year with all thanks going to Ferdi.
I would strongly advise people to use these apartments as they are the best apartments i have visited in all my years of travelling.
I would like to thank all the staff for giving us one of our best holidays ever.......C U NEXT YEAR..

I have been to Icmeler 8 times and the Turgay is definitely the best apartments yet! Josh and Ferdy are 2 of the most friendly people I have ever met.
