Restaurant excellently managed.
Reception very helpful.
Bar service good.
Cleaning not up to my standards.. balcony was filthy in the corner.
Toilet paper fragments on bathroom floor there from day 1 .. Still there after 12 days.
Wife had to ask 4 times on different days for toilet paper in ladies around the pool.

Well to start my review, this hotel is now Hotel Verde it has new managers and staff and has been refurbished. The hotel is much improved with new bathrooms with its own shower boilers. There is a new reception area, and all old carpets have been taken up. The rooms have been freshly re painted and have new beds and Last but not least new air conditioning units which work perfectly and not on timers. There is more to be done for next Season e.g. A la cart restaurant Disco.
We have previously stayed at this hotel and we must say The Hotel Verde has vastly improved this year.
The food was very good with lots of choice of meats; food was hot, as most of it is cooked in front of guests. There were freshly made pizzas and an excellent choice of Salad.
The majority of guests are still Eastern European but I think that is only because of previous reviews from British holiday makers.
We had a really good holiday, we can’t fault anything major at all, yes there is still room for improvement but I am sure the new management will do this in time as they are new to this business but very eager to succeed and I am sure they will.
We are looking forward to returning to The Hotel Verde in 2012, we had a wonderful stay.

Very nice hotel. The man who did our rooms everyday was brilliant. Clean towels and made them into a loveheart ect with flower petals.
Staff were a good laugh.Food not so good and most of all drinks were waterd down. Lots of people were complaining.
Won,t do all inclusive there again, but did like the hotel.....

This hotel is very good, the staff are very friendly, the rooms are cleaned daily with plenty of towels available.
The food was surprisingly very good we normaly travel A/I and the food leaves a lot to be desired but this was very good.
The hotel is bang in the middle of the resort so close to all thats going on, little entertainment though but plenty to do in resort.
