We stayed at the Pelin in early July.We had read earlier reviews and were slightly worried. We need not have been it was absolutly brilliant.
The guys who run it could not have been more helpful or friendly. Our room had twin beds and balcony with sea views albeit between the hotels opposite. It is situated on the main street one row back from the beach about one minute to walk across the road.
The room was cleaned and tidied every day and we returned two days to have the sheets and towels arranged on the bed with petals arranged in a pattern.
Breakfast was Turkish and pretty basic, but juice or cooked breakfast were available.Meals were available from the kitchen allday and night, including pizza, steak and usual turkish menu which was adequate. There are loads of restaurants and cafes within a few minutes so we tended not to eat there but were happy to do so.They had a barbecue one night with 3 courses for

Had a very enjoyable holiday in Turunc having been here 8 years ago.
The Hotel Pelin was much as one would expect from an inexpensive 2/3 star small Turkish Hotel. Everything was just O.K, but could be so much better with more care and effort by everyone but especially the cleaners. Change of towels and bedclothes appeared to be haphazard and not consistent throughout the hotel.
The staff were friendly but the place could be improved significantly with keen management and a 'womans' eye for cleanliness and detail. It might cost a little more but in my opinion would be justified.

Both my husband and I stayed at this hotel for two weeks, I can say this was one of the best holidays we have had.
The rooms was very clean, they were cleaned every day, the cleaners were very friendly, they put clean towels and changed the bed every day, the staff were very friendly and very helpfull they tryed to make every body who were staying there happy, they also made there own entertainment for the guests who were staying there.
The food was very nice it was a Turkish style breakfast, bread, cheese, boiled egg, olives, jam, also honey.
The swimming pool was very clean, they were plenty of sun beds for all the guests, the area was kept very clean. there was a nice bar.
You could also stay at the hotel and have a meal which was very nice and good value for money.

The Pelin hotel was very clean and the staff always made an effort to make everyone feel welcome. We stayed for 7 nights and really we couldnt of asked for anything better.
The food was lovely , the rooms were cleaned daily , the pool was clean - there were always sunloungers to relax on and nothing was too much trouble for the staff at the Pelin.
I would go back to the Pelin again as it was perfect for what we wanted which was to relax and enjoy ourselves at a reasonable price but in total comfort.
