Fab hotel. The staff cannot do enough to please you.
There are of loads of little touches which make your stay here really special. Plasma screens in your room, cakes and fruit left for you every day.
Go for a club room if you can, this gives you free transfers from/to then airport - in a 7 series BMW.
THe 44th floor has a club lounge from 6 - 8pm, giving comp drinks and canapes. You can have whatever you want to drink even champagne!!
Indego the Indian restaurnat if Fabulous. The breakfast buffet is also really good.
The only thing that lets this hotel down is the pool. Well not the pool its self but the apartment block being built in front of it,this blocks the sun at about 130ish. If you want a full day of sun then go to then Royal Meridien accross the road. The hotel runs a bus there whenever you want it and it only takes minutes. The pool and beach there are fabulous.
All in all the GHH is a real treat. You will not be dissapointed!

Exceptional Hotel. Free upgrade to Deluxe suite but would pay for this if not available free. Room was excellent, 2 large plasmas, small kitchen area, separate cloakroom, large bathroom with separate shower, bulgari toiletries, bed was best I've slept in, sheets like silk, wonderful view, daily fruit and pastries.
Also use of Club lounge for all day soft drinks, tea coffee and pastries, breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks inc champagne and canapes. Used 4 of the restaurants, Sloanes is buffet type, other two Indego and Ottomans have HB menu or 80 dirhams each towards normal menu. Buddha Bar a must do, book if you want to eat there.
