We stayed at Le Meridien Hotel Dubai, I chose this Hotel for its location, as we had just come off a long flight on route to home.
Le Meridien hotel was near the airport and set in 38 acres of Garden Ground.
Access to the hotel from the airport is across the street, and is by transport only.
We arrived in the early hours and our room as not quite ready, however, we were invited to go in to their Restaurant for a complimentary light snack and a refreshment.
The hotel was magnificent, there was a pianist playing in the hotel foyer where you could just relax, have a meeting, or enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
The Restaurant served excellent meals, and there was such a variety of food available.
Within the Garden grounds, there were several outdoor pools, and a Spa area, the staff were very friendly & approachable, There was an Irish Pub set within these Garden Grounds the staff were very friendly and the food was good value and tasty. and there was a good Buzz about the place.
The cleanliness of the rooms were good, my only critisism was, the noise levels in the carpeted corridors at night from staff running up & down kept me awake.
Even though the Airport was very close by you could not hear the Aircraft in the Hotel.
I would recommend this Hotel.
