We stayed at the Oasis Beach hotel for 5 nights. The hotel was fantastic it was right on the beach, had a brilliant pool with swim up bar, kids pool and kids play area.
The food was excellent, there was a buffet style restaurant which always had plenty of choice and had a different theme each night eg Italian night, Indian night etc. 3 others - Singapura, Oregano and a beach bar/restaurant they were all excellent and you were spolied for choice. You do have to book the restaurants (other than the buffet style) with reception the day before you want to go.
The staff were the most friendly people I have ever come across - they really could not do enough for you - nothing was any trouble for them.
The hotel was kept immaculate and the room was cleaned daily, there was a lovely piano bar, and a nightclub - although we could not go in with a baby (obviously).
I will be visiting this hotel again without doubt and would recomend it to anyone. This time we were in a land view room and the only thing I would say is that it is worth upgrading to an ocean view.

This hotel is wonderful. The premises and grounds are kept immaculate with a very high standard of cleanliness. Our room (sea view superior) was excellent and we were glad we upgraded to sea view as there are building works taking place on the other side of the hotel.
We ate in the buffet restaurant and the beach bar/restaurant and both food and service were very good. The pool area is spacious and there are plenty of sunbeds for everyone. There is a childrens room of an evening so the kids could go play whilst the adults have a couple of drinks in either the piano bar or the nightclub.
The staff at this hotel are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. We really loved it here and cannot wait to go back!

A perfect weekend! Dont even bother staying in one of the 5 star hotels. I can't imagine what you could improve on here. This was the most glamourous holiday we have ever had. Perfect location, good food, fab shopping, heaven.

Oasis Beach Hotel - Dubai.
This is the third visit we have made to this Hotel. The quality of the facilites and service offered by the staff is excellent. As a family with young children it is important that they too enjoy their holiday and at the Oasis Beach children are made very welcome. The Hotel prides itself as being the "friendliest Hotel on Jumeriah beach".
Food is always of an excellent standard. We always go Half Board. The Hotel does allow you to take lunch with the vouchers you are given on arrival instead of an evening meal, which allows you to sample outside restaraunts in the many malls, Hotels etc etc.
The Hotel also offers are free shuttle service to the spice souk, gold souk, IBN Battuta shopping mall and Mall of the emirates - this is the one with the indoor ski slope with real snow, only in Dubai !!
The drinks are very reasonably priced too as far as Hotels go.
The Hotels private beach is stunning and has shallow waters which is great for the children.
If you intend to travel during the summer months - May-september especially, we always find the pool too humid, so we always head for the grassed sunbathing area on the way to the beach as there is a lot of natural shade and a great sea breeze.
Obviusly, there is a lot of biulding work around the Hotel but you cannot really see this from the pool/beach area. It is very interseting as a repeat guest to the Hotel to see how quickly the immediate area changes from one yesr to the next.
I have just returned in the last week and have already booked my next trip, so they are doing something right.
I hope anyone due to visit enjoys as much as we do.

Stayed at the Oasis Beach for 3 days on the way back from Australia. yes the hotel is in the middle of a large building site - well at the back but this does not spoil your stay there.
We had a sea view room which overlooked the large pool area, the immaculate gardens and the white sand beach which is also kept very clean.
You have the option of taking half board and this is excellent value - we ate in the Singappura restaurant which serves very good asian dishes and the Bazaar which has a wide choice of international self service dishes - breakfast is also taken here which is buffet style, freshly cooked eggs and waffles plenty of fresh fruit, european breakfast items (pork bacon and sausages)together with middle eastern and asian items.
Dubai is a great place and we were so impressed with the hotel we are returning at Xmas for 10 days to se more of the city.
The hotel is the only 4* hotel in Dubai but it offers services equal to the 5* ones at a cheaper price

The main entrance to the hotel is impressive but then again, what else would you expect in Dubai.
The welcoming from the staff was very professional and friendly. The room was upgraded free due to the building work taking place in front of the hotel.
Incidently, these building works were more impressive than obtrussive. This meant that we had uninterrupted views over the Jumeirah Beach which included the construction of the now famous Jumeirah Palm. The breakfast is served in the main "Bazaar" restaurant. The range of food catered for all tastes and was superbly presented and served.
You had a choice of restaurants in the evening including the Oregano Mediterrean farmhouse restaurant, Singapura Singaporian restaurant or the Bazaar which served a buffet style meals. This restaurant holds speciality theme nights where the meals are professionally cooked in front of you. There is also an old Citroen van in the restaurant in which fresh crepes are cooked to order.
Eating at the hotel is a thoroughly pleasurable experience.
The hotel has a private beach which is well equipped and manned. The sea is generally warmer than the pool which in itself is well proportioned and includes a swim up bar.
You can hire sporting equipment and make use of the facilities on site which include winsurfing, beach volleyball, water skiing, a floodlit tennis court and table tennis. These are only a selction of the many facilities available.
If sport is not your thing, why not try the hairdressing salon or have a massage, facial or another beauty treatment. They also have a shopping arcade in which you can buy your souvenirs or even purchase your gold items at very reasonable prices. We only stayed for 4 nights before moving on to Mauritius.
Although we liked Mauritius, we missed Dubai and wished we had stayed longer. We WILL be going back.
All in all, the hotel offers a very relaxing, clean, friendly yet professional atmosphere from where you can explore the delights of Dubai.
