stayed in this hotel for 3 nights conveniently located on union square and makes a good base to see san fran the cable cars stop directly outside and make going to piers 33 (alcatraz) and 39 (seals) easy the hotel is clean and tidy maid service every day didnt have a lot of contact with the staff except reception who were polite and helpful
