Following a $35 million renovation, the Doubletree by Hilton at Seaworld Orlando - previously the Doubletree Resort Orlando offers guests a comfortable and relaxing environment while still in the center of all the excitement that Orlando has to offer. The hotel offers a massive range of facilities including three pools as well as children's pools, several dining options, mini golf and a putting green. But if none of this catches your eye, then you can always enjoy a day in the full service spa or sat at the poolside bar.

Overbooked our room and not telling us until 3 days prior to arriving

Overbooking rooms and not telling us until 3 days prior to arriving - not even offered a suitable replacement. Cost me an extra £200 to book same hotel room that they said was overbooked. A costly lesson learned.

Hotel tip: Overbooking rooms and not telling us until 3 days prior to arriving - Need to manage their suppliers as simply giving them 'blackout dates' is not helping customers who they still sell to. I expected more from Hilton other than 'its not our problem....'
