Excellent location for all theme parks especially Disney. hotel is geared up mainly for families, but travelling as a couple with no kids we found the hotel to be more than adequate for our needs.
The pool area was large and clean with plenty of loungers and free towels, at night the pool is open until 11pm, but on the odd night we got back prior to that, we were not troubled by any noise from either the pool or the other activities laid on to entertain the kids.
The rooms were clean and comfortable (we had a standard room)with maid service every day.
The staff were polite and more than helpful. we had a problem with our toilet overflowing one night (after midnight) and the maintenance guy and housekeeping were there within ten mins and sorted it all out and cleaned up, excellent service.
The free shuttle transfers to Disney were generally on time, although the service is infrequent in the afternoons, when we were ready for coming back to the pool for a few hours.
We never ate in the hotel, so we can't comment on the food quality, but the Lone Star restaurant next door is very good and inexpensive as is TGI Fridays located at crossroads 10 min walk down the road.
