Stayed for 18 nights in this hotel and found it to be generally fine. It's not 5 star luxury but you don't pay 5 star prices to stay here. We stayed in the old motel part of the hotel and I couldn't really fault the rooms at all. They are big , with 2 kingsize beds , bathroom(with phone next to toilet), and an extra sink in living area which really speeded up getting out in the mornings. There is a coffe making machine, fridge, iron and ironing board, free safe and the wardrobe is big enough to take 4 people's clothes(if you have enough hangers that is ).The rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed etc . Free bars of soap and shampoo/conditioner are supplied and replenished as well.
We never ate in the hotel. Because there are many good restraunts within 5/10 mins walking, but the food did look good, and the bar is ok for a quiet drink after walking around a theme park all day.
The pool is also fine and a poolside bar is open during the day if you fancy having a lazy couple of hours. The hotel is situated in a great part of I drive in the quieter, less tacky area and within 10 mins(max) you can walk to many great restraunts(Tony Roma's,Car Rock,Olive Garden, Tutu Tango,Tgi Fridays, Bahamas Breeze - to name a few)There is a Ponderosa next door and plenty of shops/supermarkets close by.
If you are after a noisy, raucous, plenty going on getting blitzed type of hotel then this is not for you. However if you want a good standard of hotel, in a good location (getting to Universal and Seaworld is 5min drive and getting on I4 for Disney is just round the corner-Disney a 15/20 min drive from hotel)then this might be for you.

The Radisson Barcelo I cannot recommend highly enough! The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.
While on our holiday we had to stay in our rooms for two days because of Hurricane Francis. The staff helped reassure us that everything would be ok - even on the day the hurricane stuck we still had maid service even though they had told us that we probably would not get anything but the absolute basic.
They also made sure that there was a buffet on two of the days i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner and we only had to pay a minimum fee.
I can
