Have stayed at quite a few hotels on I Drive and this one is by far the best for location. Opposite Ponderosa ($3.99 buffet breakfasts each morning) and 2 mins walk to Wet n Wild.
The hotel is clean and the rooms are good. My husband and I stayed in 1 room and children of 21 and two 16yr olds in a room opposite.
Good to have a bar for the end of the day (not spectacular) but we could sit and have a drink whilst the kids went in the 24hr games room.

Ideally located right across the road from Wet'n' Wild.
No evening entertainment but plenty of resturants to eat at night.
Didn't eat in hotel so can't comment.
Cleanliness not too bad though did encounter one nasty while we were there.
Had ice machines,laundry gift shop.

Excellent location. 5 mins drive from Universal, across the road from Wet n'Wild. Basically, this is a multi-storey travel lodge. Room had two good-sized double beds and a roll away bed was available at an extra cost. Beds were big enough however for two adults and two children. Cleaned everyday with new towels every day and beds changed once a week. Coffee machine but no kettle. Fridge, microwave, safe, tv and air con.(noisy but necessary). Pool area ok, but closed when it clouded over in case of thunder.(Every day around 2 or 3). We were there through hurricane Frances and were confined to the hotel for two days. the restaurant opened once and the food was dire. The bar is pokey, with a couple of pool tables, but the prices weren't too bad. There is one internet computer in the reception area - with constant queues.
The hotel shop is over-priced, but there are plenty of shops along International Drive. There is a Japanese restreaunt on site, but we didn't try this - the kids wanted steak and burgers. Good enough if all you need is a basic room in a good location.

This was our second year in Orlando and this of the two so far.
Room service was very good with clean sheets and towels.
The hotel food was very good and the staff were keen to help and they were very helpful.
The hotel location was very good as we were 10 minutes from all the theme parks.
The entertainment was great for kids they had two arcades and the pool was big great for family.
We will be coming back to this hotel again.

We have stayed in this hotel twice and both times have found it to be very clean, fairly quite and very good location.
The room sizes are very good and more than enough room for 2 adults and 1 child.
We have never eaten in the restuarant, to much choice elsewhere.
Would definately stay here again.
My only complaint would be that the pool is very small and very cold, but with wet'n'wild just across the road it's not much of a problem

We visited Florida in May of 2003. We chose the Rodeway in due to its cheap price and also due to its location, we had visited Florida before and knew that the location was fantastic.
We stayed for 2 weeks and found the Rodeway inn to be clean and friendly. We stayed in the main part of the hotel and our room was basic but cleaned everyday with sheets and towels also changed.
We found the location of it to be great, it was close to all the main attractions and also many restaurants. We used the free transportation to Universal studios and Sea World a few times, but usually we got the i-ride for Sea World or we used a taxi service for Universal as it worked out to be cheap and it meant we weren't waiting around for coaches etc.
Florida I have to say is fantastic and one of the best holidays I have ever had! I will definitely be visiting again!
Thomas Cook airlines were ok but not the best to fly with, they were cramped and meals weren't up to scratch! But the seat back TV
